Some Fresh Work. Opinions? *Some Warningish Content*

I know my style isn't the best, and apparently it's FORMLESS and disproportionate despite all efforts, but I would like some critique on it.

As far as warning goes, I'll always tell you if I have an artistic nude or something. Really I do the nudity to get body proportion study down. Prime example?

Do not click if you DO NOT LIKE SEEING NUDE. Yes. She does not have nipples, because I don't have courage. XDD I tried to make her breasts Ds, so as to concur with the nature of the genderbent OC, but also give them a sort of natural, if not overly perky, look. That weirdness in between the breasts is actually a hole, she has a through-and-through hole at the center of her chest. She's a hollow, after all. XDD

Um. Gaacha's not really a girl, by the way. Interesting crack rp me and my hubby went off on. The rest of the pictures, Gaacha and Pandora are quite male. XD

Lately I've been doing pencil works, rather than coloring, and I'd like to think I do a decent job, with only having a .7 pencil and not a fancy set of them. :3

This was a quick one, it's Gaacha when he's fed on the souls of humans. Well actually his alter personality did, and then left him to deal with all the blood. Poor baby's gone a bit mad at the exposure, and in this scene, he's actually reaching out to his terrified lover.

I DO NOT LIKE THIS ONE UP HERE. Only the hands. It was a hand study. Hanryu (top) and Pandora came out horrid. I know this. u_u

This came out very light...but I thought what detail there was of Gaa was rather nice. <3

And in theme with this particular outfit, I drew this, also a quick sketch. A problem I encounter when I draw is that I usually don't have this on to provide proper reference, so pictures don't always turn out correct outfitwise...I like to think I have a good photographic memory though. Generally speaking.

Ummm...these two are a new style I've been trying. It's thick line and darkish shading. I like to think it looks nice...but I really don't know...somehow though, the Kitten and Pandora end up being my favorite subjects!

This one is quite obviously a Gaia avatar.

I really wish I knew what to say of this style. People call it creepy cuz there's no arms...=1

Haaaaah, let's splash some color in!

I did that in 10 hours. Straight. One day. I...really like it. But sadly traditional isn't much sought after, is it?

Oh, a quick switch back. XD I drew these when How to Train your Dragon came out. Took quite an interest in Night Fury art, and so offered it on Gaia. Looooove. <333

Anyway. Back to color. Just one more, promise.

So I did this in Photoshop. Am I learning? D;

Sorry that was so long. I comment a lot. but please! Comment to me yourselves, ne? <3 I want to know if I am in any way...improving? Well it's not good if you don't have a prior basis, I suppose, unless you go to my art shop and see the samples there, but do I look like a person quite possibly on the road to learning something useful?

i like the pencil shading on alot of them. You're pretty good and they seem to have a cute chibi vibe ^^

Your style of art ROCKS!! It's so amazingly epic XD It's different and interesting.
Though, if you really feel that you need to improve (I don't think you do but an artist is never satisfied with their work, or so I've heard) a good tip would be to try and draw realism. It helps a lot. It might do you well to buy a decent pack of pencils, too. It might be a little expensive but believe me, it's worth it!

I can tell that you are where I was with my artwork a few years ago. Something that really helped me improve was to take a life drawing class at college. It is drawing nudes from live models. The easiest way to perfect your proportions is to actually look at someone and draw what you see.

A lot of times we draw what we think is there instead of stopping to look and see all the imperfections and differences of our subject. If you draw from live models (or even photographs) you can get a better idea of where muscle moves under skin and how light reflects off the surfaces. Pay attention to how people stand and proportion their weight. If you or I draw a picture where the person is leaning oddly to the side and could not possible support their weight that way - people notice, and not in a good way.

Try draping a dress over the arm of the chair and observe how all the wrinkles flow over each other. Then try draping a rough blanket over a chair and learn the differences of each texture and how they both are fabric- but they both look different and interact differently with their surroundings. This will help ensure that your cloths drape properly over the people you draw.

Keep drawing and don't stop. The more you do it the better you will get.
