"Oh, I see." he watched as she did this. "That was quick, considering how long it took earlier."

"That time it was from organizing everything. Things were everywhere and in the wrong places. The explosion just made a potion mess, but wasn't big enough to move or knock anything down. Nor was it big enough to send the whole liquid concoction spraying. There's still some left in there, but I'm not sure what it does now since all that extra stuff was added. I actually forget what I was making in the first place."

"Well, maybe we should have you take a short break from the potions, oh wait, it's probably about time for the witch to catch some shuteye." he says smiling sweetly. "You have had a pretty long day after all."

"This was my first potion ever. It's a beginners. I should have had no problem with it except for me passing out. Seems very unexplained how it happened." She noticed how dark it was getting and since she was still a child she should have a bedtime. "I suppose it is around bedtime for me. You're right about the busy day part. You were here for most of it. So it must have been busy for you, too right. Or are you used to staying up late?"

"Actually, I never sleep, I just relax when days get too tiring, but besides that I just spend my nights doing what I can't in the daylight for fear of someone catching me doing those things." he says smiling. "Would you like me to leave for the night, or await when you wake up, I'm sure there's a book or two I can read through or get from my cabin and be right back."

"Sometimes I won't sleep. I'll stay awake all night doing something and forget. Then when morning comes I feel awful like the living dead or something. If I read, it helps me sleep. What do you do during night time you can't in the daytime, anyway?" Her curious face was back as she asked. "I don't mind if you stay while I sleep. Could do both in the same night, too. Like, leave for a while doing whatever you do if you have things to do. Then come back before I wake up. I'm a pretty heavy sleeper. Won't wake up for anything."

"Well, I'll run at the pace I trully can, and not at a human pace, I'll practice self defense under water, because I don't neccassarily need to breath, and I can not hold back and hit the rocks down there, I read, I don't need light because I can see in the dark." he answered. "Okay, well it's up to you, I don't want to stay uninvited."

"You're lucky... I can't do any of those things. Can't run, nor swim... Any sign of pain and I wince... I can read, but need a light... Sometimes moonlight will work just fine." It was slightly embarrassing to say a few of those, but the conversation was there and she just wanted to be part of it somehow. "I really don't mind. Nothing can wake me up."

"Okay, and hey, if you wish to, you can look at it as having vampire protection." he said smiling.

"Vampire protection huh? Protection from what? No one knows about this area..." She hoped. "Could would out okay anyway. Just in case, right?" She smiled before yawning, mouth wide open before quickly covering it. "Oops. Excuse me." She stuck her tongue out in the mistake way afterward.

"Looks like the witch is tired, I'll be here in the morning." he says. Giving her a quick hug. "And if you need anything just call."

"Or scream." She giggled. "Just kidding. Seems I am a bit tired even though it doesn't feel like it..." The hug somehow made her blush. "Okay see you then..."

He lightly softly at her reaction. "I'll see you then." he says. "Good night, don't let the night creatures bite." he says laughing a bit harder.

"Okay. See you then." She walked toward the doorway to her tiny bedroom. "I won't. Except maybe my cat..." She could get feisty at times. "Don't let the mortals win." She had to laugh at that as they could never win against power stronger than their own.

"Never." he promises. He sees her off to bed then sits down in a chair and thinks about what had happened that day. He feels like he was forgiven, an emmense and long lasting weight lifted off of him.

Tejina pretty much fell asleep instantly, not realizing how tired she was. Not much tossing and turning this night unlike others, but there was a somewhat uneasy feeling. Ever since she passed out she'd been feeling odd, not herself. She wasn't sure what it was. It was almost as if she died and came back to life...

He is lost in thought for a bit, then he decides to read some of the book Sally had showed him the story in, he can see all of the words just fine.

It was almost one of those sleepless nights as Tejina was slightly starting to toss and turn a bit. The feeling still lingered about what happened earlier and she sat up in bed, after being startled awake by a noise. She looked around the dark room before her eyes adjusted to the darkness and smiled as she saw her kitty. It was her making the noise as she purred. Made Tejina felt better as she lay back down to try sleeping again.

He reads about half of it in a shorter time than usaul, seing all of the details as he experienced it, maybe that's why he was getting so far so fast, he saw everything, the bad and good things.

Tejina was sleeping soundly now, but it felt like her bed was spinning when really it wasn't. She didn't have a fever either which would usually explain spinning... It was probably just caused by a dream she was having. She slept throughout the rest of the night not once having to get up as the horizon was getting it's orange look. The near beginning of sunrise.

He had finished the book just as sunrise had begun, and put the book back. He quickly ran at a human pace to his cabin and drank a bag of blood from his freezer and gulped it, then ran back at the same pace. He sits on the porch watching the sunrise brighten the scene around him.

Tejina was just waking up by the time he returned, but didn't get out of bed yet as the kitten was sleeping on her stomach, purring. Carefully, she lifted the kitten off and carried her to the living room, placing her in the comfy chair before stretching. She sneezed and buried her head under her paw. Tejina sat down herself as she looked out the window at the raising sun not noticing anything else.

He smiled as he noticed her awake, he would let her wake up.

Tejina yawned followed by a sneeze as the sun came up. It was a bit bright for her now and she stepped away from the window. She had a slight headache, but figured it was just from waking up so early. She started to boil water for tea when the blood caught her eye. She'd forgotten to put it away and was curious now as she opened the jar and stuck her pinky in. She hesitated before licking it then made a face. "Ick." She was awake now.

He laughed as he watched her. He still stayed where he was giving her room. He watched as the sun light the scenery more, seeing the difference it has from the dark of the night.
