Keith nodded his head. It was different for him to be trying to save someone. Normally he would be the one waiting in the fog to prey on those who wandered in. But this time, he as well had someone to protect. Eliza was only human, and against whatever could be lurking in the fog... Keith shuddered at the thought. Instead, he began to force his body to change and mutate into his more demonesque form.

The first noticeable change was the his feet broke out from his his shoes. His feet resembled that of a dogs now. His legs had shifted form as well to compensate for him standing on his toes, as well as had grown white fur. The claws on his three toes were extremely large and dug into the ground. The claws themselves were black, but hate a red shine to them. His hair grew out from being shoulder length and fell down to the small of his back. The tips of his hair faded to black. He eyes stayed the same, except the pupil that was once there vanished. His fangs grew out and his horns pushed through his skull. Blood dripped from the side of his head where his horns broke through.

His change was mostly done ad he began to walk towards the darkness. His wing was held tight against him and his hands were close at his side. Keith normal fought with daggers, but he hadn't had them with him, so he would need to fight with his claws this time around. Should be... intriguing...

Andre watched as Keith had started to change. Andre never seen anything like it before. Sure he had seen werewolves transform infront of him and dragons take human forms, but this was nothing like that. Andre looked over at Bard, who was watching in shock and awe as well. Andre shrugged at the other man, glad that Keith was on their side. "It's a good thing I apologized first. I'm glad you're on our side." He said, slightly more wary of Keith now that he had seen this side of him. Andre was merely a drow with some drow magic. But he wasn't at all a cleric or a wizard, he was a fighter. He had no real use for magic, he had learned a few battle spells from his sister and the basic magic that a drow could do at a young age. Granted, his sister taught him more than a male drow should have known at all. He was far more powerful than other drows, but looking at Keith in his demon form, Andre knew he wasn't a match for this man. He followed Keith towards the darkness, his double simictars ready for action.

Bard was in awe at the man's transformation. He nodded at Andre when he said he was glad to have the demon on their side. "I agree, friend. He's a mighty force, one I doubt should be tifled with." He said. Bard had a transformation of his own, but it wasn't nearly as impressive as Keith's. He could change into a crow and into his full tengu form. But as a half demon and angel, his powers weren't stable. Bard had tucked his large black wings close to his body, his broadsword gripped tightly in his left hand. He was a left handed fighter, which was odd for the most part. He followed the other two men into the forest, towards the darkness that loomed just ahead.

Keith's steps have grown considerably since his transformation. He stood much taller now, the top of his head reaching at about 7 feet. He walked into the forest, carefully approaching the shifting shadows. He turned to look back at the camp; he knew Eliza would wake and be most annoyed with him when she did wake, but he hoped that the reason he left would compensate for his leaving without saying a word. He took a deep breath, looking into the shadows, then stepped through.

Once through, there really was no difference between to two woods. The trees appeared the same as they did before, and he could still see the camp. But as Keith continued to walk through the forest, he noticed that the leaves green more and more brown, and eventually all the trees were bare. Then he could smell it. It was faint, but it was definitely her scent. She had passed through here a while ago.

He looked to the dark elf, then nodded in the direction of the scent. His tail barely moved behind him as his guard was held high. Keith could sense that they were not alone in this forest.

October looked up at the sky and saw pretty twinkles. She sighed and started to hum a song she remeber from her childhood. She looked down and saw, Keith, Andre and Bard standing by the foreset edge. Hmm I wonder whats going on. She thought as she whiped her tears away.

Lin smiled and said "Yes, I love flying...". She watched Andre come over and talk to Bard. She shook her head and said "I don't know where she is or went off too.". Lin listened to the guys talk, Andre was looked really worried about Tzip. "I'll do my best Bard." Lin said. She looked at camp, she didn't see that many people around. 'Where is October?' Lin walked around camp, she was looking for October. "OCTOBER!!! Where are you!" she called out.

ainebella 10-19-2010 06:02 PM

October head her name and looked at Lin. She jumped off her branch and flew down to Lin. "Yes Lin?" She asked look it her.

momochan 10-19-2010 06:08 PM

When Lin saw October she smiled and said "Hey girl, where have you been? I've been assigned to keep everyone in camp so I need to keep you in camp and everyone else that is in camp, in camp.".

Andre followed the taller demon, his eyes focused on their surroundings. As a dark elf, he was trained well by his house's weapon's master. He taught Andre about the trickery that others use to trap their opponents. Andre was deemed to be the best fighter in all of the underdark, not that he was boasting. He was a mere fact and he had proved it several times over on the surface world. But this wasn't like any place he had ever been, he had to be on his toes. "Bard, this way." He said catching Keith's direction. He followed the way he had been shown, noticing the strangeness of this part of the forest. He could feel a heavy pressure on him, like something or someone was pushing down on him. The air felt thick and heavy, making it harder for him to breath. "I don't like this." He said in a low tone, his body prepared in a defensive stance.

Bard's feathers were ruffled as they continued down into the forest. It was strange to see the leaves go from bright green to brown then to nothing at all. He agreed with Andre, he didn't like the feeling he was getting here. It was heavy and thick, like something was choking him. The Wind Spirits that spoke to him were scared and barely spoke, they whispered in hushed tones. They were barely any help at all to him, he knew however that if they were acting like that, the force that was casuing this could hear them. There wasn't many in the world who could hear the spirits of the wind. It unnerved Bard to think that.

ainebella 10-19-2010 06:10 PM

October looke at Lin. "Okays," She said looking confusingly. She watched the guys leave the camp. "Where are those boys go?"

momochan 10-19-2010 06:14 PM

"They are looking for Tzip....I think." Lin said as she looked at the woods, she didn't know what kind of dangerous things were in their and she didn't want to find out. She gulped and said "I'm sure they will be fine...".

Kiako 10-19-2010 06:17 PM

Tzipporah continued to walk, feeling nothing different at all. She eventually entered a trance like state as she walked. She followed a presence that seemed so calming and inviting to her. It made her feel everything Andre did. To her, she swore she was only chasing him. She could no longer see the dead forest, but see her forest. She continued to walk until she reached a cave.

"Andre... I don't know this place..." She whispered. She had finally caught up to him in her mind. The image of him smiled and ran off into the cave, so she followed.

Keith's claws dug deeper into the ground the further in the walked. Something was pulling him; dragging him down. He growled as he walked, his breathing becoming strained. Even for someone as strong as he was, the closer they came to the centre of the forest the harder it was for him to stand. He was almost worried they were going to be the ones in need of saving.

ainebella 10-19-2010 06:29 PM

October looked at Lin and the to the forset. "Im sure they will be indeed." She said with worry.

Andre pulled out a little stone from his pocket. It had been in his neck bag, he pressed it to his lips and whispered a word in dark elf. The little black stone began to glow in a purple light, covering him, Bard and Keith. It made it easier for them to move in the dead forest. Not by much and Andre wasn't sure how long it would last for them. "There, that should help us move easier." He said, putting the stone back in his pocket. "A little dark elf trick." He said. He would have smiled, but now wasn't the time time be happy. He needed to find Tzip, he felt it deep in his heart that something bad might happen to her.

Bard had a hard time walking any further, his weapon heavier in his hands. His wings seemed to be dragged down towards the ground. He paused when Andre did, feeling magic tingle around him. He felt a weight lift from his body as the stone that Andre held began to glow. "A dark elf trick, eh?" Bard said, smiling a little bit. He went back into serious mode, keeping his eyes open for any dangers.

Kiako 10-19-2010 06:57 PM

Keith nodded, walking much easier now. He looked down at the ground around them. Blood, and it was fresh. It was a small path leading them through the maze of a forest. Keith knew they were catching up. She much not be moving very fast with her feet cut like that... Keith thought to himself. He quickened his pace. He did not know how long the magic would last, and they needed to find her. Keith just hoped that the girl remained alive. He feared what would happen is Andre found the girl without her life.

ainebella 10-19-2010 09:08 PM

October sat crosslegged just above Lins shoulder. "Oh and to answer your question i was up in the trees having a moment." She said looking at Lin. "Are you worried about them?" October tilted her head slightly at her. "Oh and I found new pixies, but they flew off." October said as she remebered the two pixies she just saw.

Kiwi_x_Pop 10-19-2010 10:38 PM

Andre paused a moment over the fresh blood. He growled low in his throat seeing that it was shaped in feet forms. "Let's keep going." He said, his voice low and deep. He sounded dangerous, even more so than he usually was. If she was hurt, Andre would go into a rage. He'll find who or whatever hurt Tzip and make them pay with their life. He hadn't realized that he was breathing hard until Bard put a hand on his shoulder. He looked over at the man, and nodded. He was glad to have others with him, not only for the extra help but to keep from losing his mind.

Bard gripped Andre's shoulder. He could see that the longer away he and Tzip were apart the more he stressed. Bard could smell the blood on the ground, he needn't look. He sighed releasing Andre's shoulder as the continued on. The two men had to keep pace with Keith, whose pace was far quicker than theirs. Bard wasn't sure what was laying in wait for them, but he was ready for whatever he could think of.

Afanassii 10-20-2010 01:14 AM

Afanassii roused from his strangely-placed late-day nap. A sweet breeze blew through his red locks and he used a slender hand to brush them back. Only then did he notice that his other hand was still down, barly brushing against the light blue hair of the elf maiden below.

He chuckled and slowly withdrew it, thinking that a far better action than to satisfy his curiosity and play with her tresses.

Stretching, he looked around and surveyed the scene. It was becomming pleasantly dark now and most of those he had met where nowhere to be seen. For the moment he apted to keep his tree perch and continue to admire Ari in secret.

Lixlaria 10-20-2010 01:26 AM

Feeling something brushing against her hair Ari blinked a few times waking herself up glancing around noticing that she was still leaning slightly against Delimant's sleeping form. With a small yawn Ari carefully moved so as not to wake Delimant and stood to stretch her muscles. Looking around Ari realized that it seemed everyone had left, she guessed to go back to the camp. She couldn't believe she had fallen asleep with Whispers still out in the woods. With a small sigh Ari glanced at Delimant and considered wandering around a little to check the area out.

"But if I get lost that means I left him here alone." With a small sigh Ari continued to stretch a little more to loosen the tensed muscles in her back from sleeping against the tree.

Afanassii 10-20-2010 01:39 AM

"Well, I'm still here" Afanassii said, not moving from his perch. "Perhaps I fall victim to stereotyping here, but I would have thought that your keen elven archer senses might have picked up on that."

He winked and kept a grin, tossing his hair over his shoulder. "Could you even become lost in the woods? I might think that you'd be more at home here than even I."

Lixlaria 10-20-2010 01:50 AM

The sudden voice had Ari nearly jumping out of her skin. Seeing it was Nassii that was still there she relaxed and smiled.
"Well I normally am very much at home in the woods, but these are strange." Ari said at a loss for words. She was rarely caught of gaurd and she had never not sensed someone so close before. Frowning slightly Ari wondered why things seem so different in these woods. "Normally I don't get lost." Ari said with a small smile. "But these woods are unfamililar and I shouldn't be leaving behind my friends until we know more about this place."

With a final stretch Ari glanced up into the tree and looked at Nassii, she couldn't help but admire his good looks with a smile. "Do you enjoy heights?" Ari asked smiling up at him while she rocked onto her heals.

Afanassii 10-20-2010 02:02 AM

"Sometimes." He smiled back. "More like... I enjoy dark corners..." with that his eyes glew eerily for a moment.

He lowered his head a little and studied her reaction.

Lixlaria 10-20-2010 02:07 AM

"Nighttime must be your favorite then." Ari said grinning. With another glance around she nimbly climbed the tree and sat on a branch close to him. "I have always prefered nighttime as well. " Swinging her legs Ari looked down to make sure she hadn't disturbed Delimant's sleep before grinning back at Nassii. "I am guessing you don't come from these woods, right?"

Afanassii 10-20-2010 02:13 AM

Afanassii raised his eyebrows, impressed that she wasn't taken aback from what she had seen of him so far. "No. I travel a lot. I don't remember what drew me to these woods, only that I felt I needed to come here." He shrugged.

"How about yourself, then?"

Lixlaria 10-20-2010 02:24 AM

Ari smiled over at Nassii and leaned back on the branch probably further than was safe. "I woke up here." Ari said thoughtfully as she swung her legs a little. "I had been asleep in my home, in my woods. The next thing I knew I was awake here atop the waterfall." Ari frowned again glancing up into the branches of the tree the last lights of day filtered through the leaves. Why did I end up here. What he said makes some sense, it does seem as if I am pulled to these woods, but why? Leaning back a little further Ari sighed slightly. "I must admit that what I have seen of these woods is beautiful so far." Smiling now she glances at Nassii. "Do you travel all the time ro do you have a home?"

Afanassii 10-20-2010 02:36 AM

"I have many homes." he spoke, his strange accent a bit thicker now. "None of them exclusive, of course. That must have been quite the strange experience, waking up in a totally new place. It's no wonder at all that you're so very tense and worried."
