Yeah, total it was a little over $80 because of the labour and the tuneup. the Diagnostic fee was the labour fee.

That's what I spent the night finishing up. Took a few days, and the lights on the tree are linked to the musical ornament which is why I wanted a vid of it.

Yeah, do that right away. It's time consuming but not hard. You basically come back and put a DVD in every now and then for the copy to be made on. It'll take more than one DVD.

That might not work for you if your computer recognizes that more than one comp has the same copy of windows. I don't know how that works with backups, but it's possible something stupid like that could happen.

I don't think it would because I have a valid product key on mine. The sticker with the product key is in tact on my case. Which is why they were able to do it with the copy they had at the place. Also why when my first desktop crashed so much and I had issues with it, Fix My PC was able to re-install Win XP on it. So, that may not be a problem.

The backup disc mike has has both 32 and 64 bit versions of the OS I use. I dunno how it would work with him since I have never seen his computer (I will be on the 19th when he brings me home). But, when I took mine to Vitec, I mentioned to the guy that I had the product key on it. So they were able to use their copy of my OS to recover and repair.

On a good note, I'm already at page 2 and I only put the headings in to organize it, have the course information on top. and all 12 sources ^^" Some how I have to fit all of them in, but, I have 11hr till it's due :P ^^" and I even wrote on the articles which section they go in ^^"

Yeah, that makes sense. I don't know how it'd work with backup disks. The thing with backup disks is that they store everything your computer came with on them, so drivers that are specific to your computer won't be backed up on Mike's disks if/when your computer ever barfs again.

Hang in there finals week is halfway over I still have to work on this review for History and take a final for math today.

Why must professors torture us so?
I have an assignment next wednesday for this same class and it's a chance for me to make up my flop of a group assignment because of how horrible my group was.

Thankfully after today, the rest of the assignments (except the make up) are simple small things. Or my lib guide where I go look for stuff and create a guide to help a group or something.

Thats what proffessors do and I hate it when groups are bad thats why I don't like working in one.

Same here. But, it depends on the group. Mine just sucked.

Yeah, it is. :( Oh well, We have the chance to make up the grade so we don't fail... even if I were to not hand that in, I would still pass kind of if my lit review turned out ok.
But, I'm just going to do it as well just in case my lit review sucks.
