Yeah, despite surviving the trip, the wind was of course brutal and cold and I almost got blown over. Even when I went back to North Campus.

But, I am happy I went. I'm won the birth control jackpot (as I told Mike), and I know where I can go to get to the bank near there on Saturday since I have soo many checks to deposit. ^^"

Yeah, they gave me 8 months worth. I was originally prescribed 6 mo or so, but they decided to see if I could get more since I originally didn't get prescribed enough to last the summmer, they also did since my insurance through the school goes through the end of aug. ^^"

Oh thats cool they gave me alot of birth control two but its so I'm not having to go back.

I think that's what they did it for, was so I was given all of them now so I didn't have to go back for them each month. Which is what I think they do since the pharmacy on campus is closed during breaks. ^^ It was all free too. So, I'm not too bothered. I guess it was ok for me to have this insurance for now.

Well that is a really good deal I have to go to the health department for mine but its still free which is nice.

All I can say is it's about damn time birth control was free.

Right? although it doesn't do me to much good for now.

I actually had a conversation about that with the nurse at the clinic as she was giving me my first HPV shot. They want you to sit for a bit so we were talking about the health care and getting pills for free and praising Obamacare ^^

@Ely: That is true actually you make a good point.
@Ser: I was going to get that shot but I changed my mind.

I had those HPV shots awhile ago, and my gyno was so proud of me when I'd told her I got them of my own accord. I was like...16...or something, and I demanded my doc give them to me the second I heard about them on the news. I think I remember them kinda being painful suckers, though.

Mmhmm. I got tired of debating Obamacare with people who don't understand it a long time ago. I mean, yeah, you have to have insurance, and yeah, you have to pay into it so everybody can get healthcare, but suck it the fuck up. When you need to take advantage of it, you won't be feeling sorry for the other people who have paid into it for you, let alone regretting having insurance.

@Otaku: There's a silver lining to most things. :) I know bc does a lot of weird hormonal crud to you, too, so there's no harm in letting it clear out of your body now and then.

@Ely: that is true maybe I will take a break from it.

Yeah, just be careful and remember it takes a month for the stuff to properly kick in again after you start taking it after a break.

So, I got it now. The first 2 are covered and are free because I have the student insurance through the school. The last one I pay for since I most likely won't be on it at that time.
