@Yosuke - I'm not huge into The Decemberists, but I do love Modest Mouse, and Dave Dondero (I don't know if you know him) and a lot of Bright Eyes folkier stuff. I tried to like The Yeah Yeah Yeahs after they had that one hit on the radio, but they just didn't do it for me.

Yeah I had such a hard time at the post office. Apparently you have to make an appointment to get a passport now. My cousin was getting irritable with me because I never had the need for a passport until now. Everyone else in my family travels while I'm still in school, so yeah...I never needed one, but at least I got mine last Monday (same day I made the god-awful tofu cheesecake).

Turtle: Hm, never actually heard of Dave Dondero. My favorite song by The Decemberists "O Valencia!" though. I also like Death Cab For Cutie as well. I think a lot of people couldn't get into Yeah Yeah Yeahs because of "Maps" being kind of a repetitive song but "Heads Will Roll" is like on loop in my brain right now.
