Aw! If you don't have a place to stay, you should use it as an excuse to go on vacation. (assuming money isn't an issue...o.o >.> )

BlackCart29 11-10-2010 01:42 PM

Morning er'body! I'm hungry bungy, so I'm go catch breakies.

Marguerite Blakeney 11-10-2010 01:47 PM

Have fun with that. My alarm clock just woke me up. I think I'm gonna go back to bed: )

BlackCart29 11-10-2010 04:48 PM

Mar! Lazy bum! JK, I wish I could have done that but I had German class T_T

Marguerite Blakeney 11-10-2010 07:52 PM

Yes, but you're also three hours ahead of me, dear. I woke up permanently an hour later. And now it's lunchtime so I'm doing what you did : ) and hanging out at the computer lab.

New projects give me big headaches.

BlackCart29 11-10-2010 08:29 PM

Haha, I know! Time difference makes a big deal! Study Study Study! It's that time of year folks!

TaiyoTsuki 11-11-2010 03:38 AM

Back on. When'll they get rid of daylight savings time? It makes it a pain in the ass for those of us who end up forgetting when it starts! :gonk:

HappyStarr 11-11-2010 03:39 AM

I dunno. I'd rather do away with it as well. It's so confusing. To the extreme.

BlackCart29 11-11-2010 03:56 AM

lmfao, we need it! Or else we would slowly lose daylight, and then at some point it would be sunrise at like .... 9pm.

TaiyoTsuki 11-11-2010 04:20 AM

......I doubt that would happen.

@ Starr: Here's the reason I said that; last Monday I didn't have my clock reset, and I ended up showing up for German an hour early :XP

HappyStarr 11-11-2010 04:27 AM

Nah, man. We're just trying to change the flow of time. But we can't. We're only under the illusion that we are. If the sun wanted to rise at 9pm, it would do it regardless of our definition of what 9pm really was.

Oh my gosh! I've totally done that before. Except it was in high school, so it was more like I was at the bus stop an hour early. >.< Just waiting...wondering why nobody else was there.

TaiyoTsuki 11-11-2010 04:29 AM

@ Starr: Fail.

HappyStarr 11-11-2010 04:37 AM

haha I know. It was super fail.

BlackCart29 11-11-2010 04:51 AM

Whatever you guys! That's totally what would happen! *pouts*
:squee:

HappyStarr 11-11-2010 04:57 AM

lol! I totally believe it could. But that it wouldn't matter if it were daylights savings time or not. The sun can do whatever and we are just victims of its actions.

TaiyoTsuki 11-11-2010 05:32 AM

Pretty much...

BlackCart29 11-11-2010 06:21 AM

Haha~

I don't know if I like my current avi ... but I can't change it cause I need to save up for winter. Which reminds me, I saw a user run event thread chillin' over in comm. discussion. I haven't been around for one of those yet, could anyone fill me in on how that all goes down?

Hyena 11-11-2010 06:23 AM

I'm college.... age. But I'm not in college anymore. I graduated last December. >>

23 is college-age, right? Or am I an old fart? xD

BlackCart29 11-11-2010 06:34 AM

Haha! We only call it that because we tend to talk about college-y things i.e. studying, not sleeping enough, roommate troubles etc. But anybody that wants to talk generally, and doesn't mind those topic is certainly welcome! So, Welcome Hyena~ (And I really like your avi!)

...Plus I don't think 23 Jahre Alt will ever be considered an "old fart"

TaiyoTsuki 11-11-2010 06:36 AM

Me neither. Then again, most of the time I've interacted with people "college-age" and older.

Hyena 11-11-2010 06:39 AM

xD Thank you. I haven't changed my avi since my last visit here... so I kind of feel out of date... >>

Ooooh... I have plenty of roommate troubles. Believe me. I used to live in a house of seven people. The four of us that are left have been bonding over how much we hate the ones that broke the lease on us. Its been six months and I still want to punch him in the face. =DD

And as for not sleeping enough? Pah! I'm a comic book artist who works third shift at Walmart. Sleep is for sissies.

BlackCart29 11-11-2010 06:44 AM

Have you not been on mene in awhile then?

Yeah, that was just an example, but clearly you understand! I'm sorry that happened to you!

Yeah, most of the time I get plenty sleep but a lot of the other people in the thread like Happy, Taiyo and Marguerite basically NEVER sleep! I can't even believe it!

TaiyoTsuki 11-11-2010 06:50 AM

Hey! I sleep! I'm just on a lot.

BlackCart29 11-11-2010 06:51 AM

LMFAO. Alright, alright!~

Hyena 11-11-2010 06:53 AM

Not since... I'd say... May? I was still living with the dude that I currently want to punch in the face. I pop in once in awhile, but usually its around 5 am and no one is really online so its a fruitless effort.

I wouldn't wish it upon anyone in the world. Long story short, friend for five years got in a fight with one of the roommates, and moved out, then canceled the rent check upon the advice of his girlfriend (who then cheated on him not long after.) We would have been put on the street if we hadn't found out about it and told our landlord before something drastic happened. Dude still owes me about $100. >>

I get about 8 hours of sleep, but I work the third shift (10pm to 7am.) So when I have a day off, it kind of seems like I don't sleep. xD
