*raises hand* I'm a spring baby. I'm not quite right in the winter. I'm not as bad as some, but I do get a taste of the seasonal affective disorder. Spring is when I get really confident and dress in the clothes I wouldn't dare do in other parts of the year.

:D I honestly am just happiest when the seasons are changing. I can find the the bright side of every season, but I love the time in between the best, when things are changing and everything is new, and even the air smells different.

Oh, indeedie. I'm happiest from mid-March to late May. People always ask me in March what the heck's wrong with me, because my wardrobe changes from completely black to bright colors and crazy makeup. Yeah...that dark purple lipstick...I really do that. *whistles*

I guess I'm just a creature of change. I get so antsy at the end of a season, because everything's been the same for too long...

Yeah. This winter has been odd for us. We've only had three or four good snows, that I know of. And it's been like...late August weather all winter. So I'm kind of tired of it. I don't know how happy I am about this summer coming, to be honest. I'd actually do with a couple months of good heavy winter weather (just because we didn't have any). Christmas just did -not- feel like Christmas this year. There was no snow and no one had any spirit because of it. I feel jipped.

Christmas didn't feel like Christmas this year because my family was broke, so we all just got one or two small things for each other, and we'll be doing a proper gift exchange when I come home from this internship in April (only 26 more days!)

I feel the need to alert you to the fact that jipped (or "gypped") is actually a racial slur against gypsies... You don't seem like the kind of person to use that kind of term, so I figured I'd let you know. If you knew and didn't care, that's fine too. :)

O.o Oh, my. I didn't know that. That's going to be a hard habit/word to kick, though.

My family always pulls it together for Christmas. I usually get one big gift...though I'm actually a little bit over it. I'm not a big *givie, receivie* person. I'd rather get a kiss (be it from a boyfriend) and a nice night full of love and memories than anything material. I've always been highly aware of the fact that material things...don't last. So I have a hard time enjoying them.
