I remember falling into the toilet and having a sore butt for three days. The sheer fact that I spent all three days and several after bitching at him because it was all his fault solved the problem. Sometimes I love myself, lol.
Haha. Neither of my family's cats try to get out anymore. One fell out a two story window once when she was young and got into a fight with a big male tabby next door at midnight. The other one...she just about pees her proverbial cat pants whenever something even slightly new comes into her world, so she's not that adventurous...you'd never guess it though with how many weird situations she gets into inside the house. ---------- @Taiyo: Really? That's kind of funny. Usually when I meet a guy who's even got one sister he's so well trained in that area that it's laughable. |
I love my cats. One is a small Cobby orange tabby, who is cute beyond the point that should be possible. She's over eight years old, and still looks like a kitten. lol. The other cat is a skinny tortoiseshell, who is completely bat crap crazy. lol. We have to give her her own room, because otherwise she attacks everything that moves and isn't me or mom.
Cat's are my favorite house animal. I find dogs... dumb. Technically they are retarded wolves, and with wolves being my favorite animal, they're almost offensive to me. lol. |
*tear* A guy who agrees with the fact that I think dogs are idiotic animals. I had thought that such a thing didn't exist. Perhaps there is hope for me after all. Lol. I hate dogs...much less a fear of them, than the fact that I think they are generally stupid, stink, and are far too much work.
Your kitties sound so cute. :) My mother's calico still looks like a kitten, and I wish she liked people because I would love her so much if she would let me. My cat makes up for her, though. She always wants attention and does the sweetest things...though she is a bit of a loudmouth. |
I love loud cats. I had a calico named mocha. She was so sweet, and cuddly, and she would hardly ever shut up. lol. She loved me and mama so much. :) We had to put her down about two years ago. I was so sad. I miss that silly cat. I remember waking up numerous times, with her sitting on my chest with her face two inches from mine, just staring at me. lol. She used to wake me up like that. It was so cute. :)

I can't get this song off repeat. Always happens when it comes on!
|
What song? I've been having that problem a lot lately.
|
Lol. Does it just get stuck on its own? Possessed.
----- My cat only ever did that to me once, and it was when she was a kitten when she was obsessed with eating EVERYTHING! I woke up because I couldn't breath (twelve pounds of kitten sitting on the chest of a 9 year old...not good, lol) only to find my cat sitting on my chest eating the lace off of my nightgown. Gawd. She ate everything! My mother lost all of her bras to that cat and I lost six swim suits and two pairs of pajamas...and countless other things that I can't recall. Awh. I hate having to put animals down. The first pet I ever had was a female Himalayan that was the most loving, understanding, creature you've ever known. She was one of those animals that just knew when you were feeling sad, angry, etc. and she'd come up and do something to make you feel better. I will always miss that cat. She had to be put down because of kidney failure five years ago. Cried over her passing than the deaths of some people I know. She would sleep on the back of my pillow every night and knead my head or purr. |
Ra's cover of Every Little Thing She Does is Magic. I hate the original but this cover makes me squeal like a little groupie.
@Fate: Haha no but I wouldn't complain if it did. |
I enjoy good music, although my taste is... weird. I like mostly metal, and country. Which is an odd combination to begin with. lol.
|
Mmm, metal <3
I got into a conversation with a few of my customers tonight about my love of hair metal :ninja: |
Hahahaha! That is the weirdest combination I've ever heard.
I love metal, europop, electronica, bluegrass, jazz, rock...pretty much everything...except for screamo and death metal. All I can say is get that trash away from me. @Vix: Lol. I love glam rock. So it's up there with being strange. |
Ratt was awesome! I so love eighties metal, but I've not met too many people who agree with me, who also actually like modern metal too. lol. Not sure why that sort of rivalry exists, but it does. XD
I also like a lot of really old country. Except dolly parton. I find her whiny voice insufferable. |
80s metal is one of my favorite genres! I go absolutely apeshit when it comes to Winger. It's BAD!
|
Due to certain recent girlfriends of mine I enjoy the song "I Want a Woman" by Ratt. It speaks of my frustration with immature girls. lol. I need someone at least semi adult. And someone who doesn't expect me to pay for everything. That's high school crap anymore. My friend Leora said it best "You're twenty one years old. Any girl who expects you to pay for everything, is as dumb as a box of hair." lol. I enjoy my friends. They get all mama bear, whenever I get hurt. :D
|
That's a great song!
I'm momma bear pretty much 24/7 when it comes to the people that I actually care about. In general, I like to keep my distance but if anyone hurts someone close to me...Well, I've caused a bit of property damage... |
Lol. They sound like good friends. Mine generally just don't care if I get hurt, so I don't tell them. It's the curse of my age, I suppose.
Give 'em hell saro! I've mentioned it millions of times on here because it always seems to come up in discussion, but I hate that. I feel like you should pretty much go dutch the whole time you're with somebody unless it's a really special occasion. Then you don't end up with feeling like one person owes the other person a lot. @Vix: Lol. I have a friend who claims to be that way, but never does do that for me. It's like...either shut up, or actually keep to your word. |
@Fate: I've thrown things at people, threatened them, kicked dents into cars...That sort of thing. Childish, yes, but that's how I react when my family is in danger.
|
In my case, I'll pay for things whenever I can, but it's hard to find a job and I can't always get the money together to do stuff you know?
Another thing is that I'm kinda a homebody. I prefer to stay in, and watch a movie and cuddle. Maybe some tv, or video games, or a board game, or puzzle. Going out to places is best done during the day. And I prefer to go places like the mountains, or to the zoo. I don't want to just go waste money on food that I could have prepared better myself anyways. ...I'm a gourmet cook. Probably should have mentioned that before the tirade there. lol. I like going to shows and stuff, but not every night you know? It's not intimate enough. If I'm actually trying to develop a relationship I want to go somewhere I can talk to someone. |

When I came home one break from school, I woke up the first morning to my cat pulling at my bed pants pocket with this look on his face like "MOM! mom! mom! hello! pay attention to me!" I'll be at my computer and he will sit on the floor and reach up and tap my leg. At the apartment we left a chair next to the computer chair so Eli could sit next to me and be able to be right there with me and annoy me and make me pay attention to him. ^^" I miss that. I'm sure he does too. At night, or just for the heck of it, he'll just plop right next to me in bed and start purring immediately. my baby loves to cuddle. Quote:
|
I love shows but by "show" I mean "concert". I'd probably be a complete sucker for a guy if he took me to one. Or he would think I'm insane. Whatevs
I agree with you about being a homebody. If I can stay home and hang out, I'm all for it. I don't mind going out every once in a while but dolling yourself up takes a lot of time, effort, and money that I can't afford to waste more than a few times a month. |
Awh. Saro sounds like a nice guy. :) And that's awesome you can cook. I hate it when people can't cook, not just guys. It's like...seriously...you have to feed yourself...and when a person literally comes up to you and asks how to boil a pot of noodles...>.>
I don't mind going out, but I hate feeling like I'm with somebody who's not happy to just stay in. There are times when I'm extremely unoriginal about stuff I want to do, and I do literally just stay home and watch movies or poke about on the internet. I'm kinda lame, lol. I've never understood how people get the money to go out like...every weekend to clubs and shiz. @Ser: That song is really pretty! Love it. @Vix: Haha, I still love that you're just yourself, no matter what. Also @ Ser: Oh my gosh! That's a girl singing! I just opened the song in another tab and didn't watch the video. Bahahahaha! It's like a European Stevie Nicks! |
@Fate: Takes to much effort to pretend to be someone else plus I don't see the point in lying to someone. If they don't like me for who I am then they can suck my dick.
|
Totally. I go back and forth with it. How much of myself I am depends on how tired I am, for the most part. If I'm exhausted I'm kinda annoying and a little standoffish, but when I've had enough sleep and I'm feeling okay I'm pretty outgoing, blunt, funny, and crazy, which is my true self.
|
If I'm tired, chances are I won't even bother talking to a guy I'm interested in because my already short temper is basically non-existent. The only exception to that is my boyfriend and he knows to be careful around me when I need sleep or am exhausted from working all day.
|
See, if I'm in love with somebody, my mood will go to contented and happy when I'm around them, no matter what. People do realize, however, that if I'm pissed or have had an extremely bad day that you need to be a little careful around me and I'll tell you "don't touch me!" if you get too close too fast. I don't like being comforted with touch when I'm feeling like that. You've just got to learn not to take it personally....I also get really mean and manipulative if I'm in a situation that I really hate. I almost can't control it sometimes. Generally I figure it out, though, and I save the person some hurt by leaving their presence.
Though...there are times that I would like it if a boyfriend or something would just force an embrace on me, since it's probably what I need. Again, it's knowing the difference between when you should and when you shouldn't. |
