Ely: So are you done with finals yet? I just killed my first one. It was mostly stuff from high school biology class. lol. Oceanography is kinda easy. If you need a quick science credit go for it.

Yah. I finished my last one for Astronomy yesterday. That last week was hardcore.

I don't think I've seen Oceanography offered at my school, but I've got my science credits done for my associates already. I took general chem last semester and astronomy this time around (obviously). I'm going to go and take an accuplacer and get myself into bio, microbio, and anat & phys over the next few semesters unless I decided to go into something different.

I massively hate the med-field and all medical topics unless they are psychiatry or psychology related, so I'm beginning to realize that this may be a really bad field to go into. Lol.

Well on average people change majors about four times. lol. Perhaps this is one of those times. Pick something that will make you happy. :)

Well, I haven't actually even decided a major yet, so I can't switch anything. :XD But, yeah. I'm just waiting for something to hit me and make me go: "this is something I can really fight for."

@Kita: I've only seen Grave of the Fireflies once, and it did make me sad as well. I like movies like that for the most part. Don't tend to watch 'em more than once, though.

I really like docudrama stuff. "The Pianist," "The King's Speech," and "The Secret Life of Bees," make my day.

Ello, ello, saro. How did our finals go?

I think I did quite well on my German final today, and yesterday I know I did well on my Oceanography final. :) Thank you for asking. :)

Tomorrow is my western civilization final. I'm thinking I'll do well. Just need a bit more study.

I AM DONE!!! With my Undergraduate paper from Hell. The 27 page full of Finnish education and government stuff in it has been handed in. Total 29 pages when you add in works cited and the title page.
All I have left before I move into my May Term dorm is 1 final on Friday and a paper to finish and hand in before next week. ^^
I am sooo happy
I have been up for over 24 hr. When I finished my Capstone paper it was 4hr before it was actually due. I sat there crying for a couple minutes because of all of stress and torment I went through typing it. Now I hope it's good enough to get a good grade on it.
Today is spoil myself day. I got myself a grande java chip frapp with soy milk and no whipped cream from the Starbucks on campus, and a nice dinner at the good cafeteria AND am currently eating a chocolate sundae with peanut butter sauce and reeses pieces.

@Ser: Lol. I'm glad you're done with it. That kind of stuff is like giving birth, no? I'm finally off and I'm spoiling myself too. I slept until *cough* two *cough* today after I'd stayed up almost all night last night just doing shit that I wanted to do and not worrying about having to get up at any specific time.

Now I'm cooking a good dinner and just waiting for it to start simmering.

Serena: Wow. My friend just finished hers recently too. She graduated last week, and has a job teaching at a school next year. At the moment it's only a part time type thing. Working with computers and whatnot. I hope you find something too. I hear it's kinda difficult in some places.

I'm still not sure what to major in.

I finished my finals last week. It's sort of weird now, because I've got my AA and I'm transferring schools now. I feel sort of like I'm in a limbo of sorts right now.

Yeah, I just got to my first college summer. It's weird. I'm gonna find a job, but other than that I'm not sure what to do or how to feel.

Yeah. This college shiz...all it is is going from one limbo to another, you know? Nothing is ever truly secure and you never truly know where you are.

indeed. You might have to switch schools, or majors, or classes at any time. Even drop classes you like because you are falling behind in others.

I find it strange.

I like it, and I hate it at the same time. In truth, I've always enjoyed working in the adult world rather than being a freeloading teenager, but I am still young. Of course I want to have fun and not have to worry about things, but I don't really have that option.

What's crazy to me is how swiftly people come in and out of your life, and how often you change your mind about where you want to be in a few years. :yes:

Well. I blew that money awhile ago, it's just that this is the first time in three months that it's been at its proper price. >.> Ah, well. Hopefully it'll still be there when either a) my shop item sells or b) I save up enough cash from ranting on mene.

I'm just glad that now all I have to worry about for the Spring is 1- 10 page paper which is 2pgs in already and an exam that i have Friday. I'm not doing any work tonight since I really don't feel like it after spending all of the last few days working on my political science capstone. :(

I just have to say it was nice when I finished it, I was so happy and instantly relaxed to the point that when I left my one final for the day, I decided to call my boyfriend's house and he was downstairs playing guitar in the basement at his house. I left a message and basically said "Hei Mike, it's just me Terri, I figured I'd call you when I got out of my exam. I'm guessing you're practicing guitar, don't worry, just keep playing guitar" type of message ^^
I was/am thatout of it. And to think, I'm going to sub for someone tonight 12-3.30a ^^" I'm passing out when i get back and not waking up till my body says so. :P


Edit: Am I the only one who got some strange message from the Staff? or did other people get this.
