I am the sads :( :cry:. I just got my last before the preliminary syllabus e-mail from my favourite professor :( He sends out e-mails during the summer to let us know what book we're going to use so we can find it really cheap (which I normally do if I actually have money in my account... or an actual bank account) and then in a week or 2 he'll send us the preliminary syllabus. Then maybe he will send it again a few days or a week before class. He does that so we can look over what he is going to do and what to expect so we can decide if we're going to take it or not. Me- I definitely will. :P

So why are you sad? You're going to take his class. :)

I'm sad because it's the last class I'm taking of his since I'm graduating in Dec. I've had this professor since I started going to this university. He's also basically the reason I took the huge interest in the politics of the European Union.

Awh. Make a relationship with him outside of class. :) That way you'll get to see him some.

I'll definitely be contacting him at somepoint after I finish since I'll be requesting his typing of a letter of recommendation for graduate school ^^"
This entire semester will be strange since I'll be taking another class with another professor whom I respect a lot (another international politics professor)

If you're wondering where Rochester is, I'm in the city that's close to Lake Ontario. I'm in Monroe County which the lake borders it. ^^ I grew up only 15 min drive away from the lake :)
