Rene: Do you have bi-polar 1 or 2? I have 2, and the symptoms mimic ausbergers half the time. They get cross diagnosed a lot (meaning people have both). They are both technically mild forms of autism. The part that really bothers me about the whole thing is the random sleeplessness. ugh. I know your pain there. Also I have in laws with that disability. I know it can be really hard. I'm sorry. :(

That's awesome! I was good at language because it's like a giant puzzle...I'm not so great with the literature as I'm slow to learn metaphorical and idiomatic expressions. I like to read stuff for fun though. I typically breeze though language and my French history classes (that were in French) but not the literature ones.

I actually have type 1 with features of Borderline Personality Disorder. I think the three mesh in together sooo much...like I did Dialectical Behavior Therapy which helped a lot with urges to harm myself and my eating disorder but I still have some times where I don't see "grey areas" which is a feature of both AS and BPD so who the hell knows? We do know I have chronic PTSD mostly from bullying at school due to my disabilities and also from medical neglect and malpractice.

I have never been drunk. Things like that don't really seem to effect me. have been on pain meds for surgery, and it did nothing. I have also had alcohol before and it had no effect. ...I'm strange that way. However it does give me incentive not to drink too much, and due to that and my upbringing I'll never do drugs. ...although the 157 IQ prevents those things too. lol.
