I find large displays to be obnoxious. If people want to remember something, it's been done quietly and personally.

I remembered what happened and such. I may go to a prayer circle outside the music building in an hour. But, other than that I don't think I'll watch anything about it.
I do remember sitting there paranoid my brother's best friend was going to end up going to war :( he was in the Marine Corps at the time. But he was nearing his 4-years and didn't re-enlist so he didn't have to.

Oh by the way, I had a fucking awesome time yesterday!!! :squee: :boogie: ;)

My uncle was at the Pentagon at the time, we were worried he was going to get hit.

I haven't seen anything yet about 9/11. *refuses to turn on History Channel*

Yeah, I refuse to sit through the history channel stuff. I decided not to go to the thing. I'll watch the Sunday Night Football game though.

Lol. 9/11 was horrible, yes, but I don't need to rehear the history of it over and over again. I lived through the day.

I heard something rather interesting on NPR today; apparently astronomers have found a small planet orbiting a pulsar, and it's made entirely of diamond. No kidding. Look up "diamond pulsar" on Google, and click the second link. I swear to you that it isn't a joke!

Oh, I heard about that a week or so ago!!! I bet you ten bucks we end up doing to it what the people in Avatar tried to do to Pandora.
