Oh wow thats a big cat.

She's actually not fat. She's just a huge cat.

Emi weighed around 23lbs at her heaviest. I'm thinking when she died she was around 20 :/ And we had her on a better eating schedule. Until she stopped really eating from when my parents told me she wasn't eating.

Elijah: the lowest he got was 9.8lbs in June when I took him to the vet, and now he weighs back to his 14-16lb glory of stocky kitty.

@Ely: Yeah, Eli is the same. People think he's fat when I tell them he weighs around 16lbs. But he feels solid and firm, he's not a small cat by nature.

Not sure on her weight but Maggie has gained weight since she lived with me.

@Ser: People act like they've got a stick up their asses and know everything when a cat weighs more than 14 lbs, so I feel the need to defend myself and her. :roll:

Big kitties are cute...fat kitties are sad. My friend has this cat that should weigh about 12 lbs for its size, but must weigh 20. I don't think they overfeed it or anything, but it's definitely unhealthy. I think it's just got a screwed up genetic code. Somehow they mixed a lynx point and a Siamese...it's an interesting feline.

Yeah, I know with Emi, she actually was fat, but we were trying hard to get her to lose weight. I even would play with her with this feather thing she loved so much. She had a blast when I would play with her with it, she'd go crazy. The boys though could care less.

Eli, like I mentioned, he's stocky and firm. Anything under 12lbs and he looks sick.

Poor cat Maggies gotten big but shes not really big. When she was living with my brother she was scrawny. Ladies don't share a room with a guy ever if they lock you out you are screwed.

My friend's cat looks like the Michellin tire cat she's so fat. :lol:

I accidentally grabbed the wrong book for the class I was going to do reading for. I decided that I will just go to bed. I'm gonna shower, and read the actual reading and then head to sleep. Night ^^

Today my dad buried our pretty girl. :( She was too young. 10 is young for our cats. And we had her since she was still a kitten (8mo old). I miss her. It'll be hard coming home in November and not hearing her mew and purr when I walk in my room. Yeah, I have Eli, I have my baby boy to come home to and hear his squeak-bark and have him to cuddle. But, I'm gonna miss my little Emi.

Other than that, my day was pretty good. Kind of tired. I'm glad my break is in a few days.

Again, my sympathies. :(

I've been cleaning all day.

Thanks ^^ I made myself feel a little better by looking at pictures of cute kitties up for adoption at the shelter near me.. I know we won't be getting a new kitty, but, it was still nice to go "awwww kitten" I saw this one kitty that the second picture of him on his information page showed him stuffing his face :P

Yeah. It's bad for me to look at cats...I want to buy all of them. >.>

Yeah same here.. I like watching the news from my hometown on Wednesday. they do pet of the week. ^^ I like it when there is a kitty, other than the fact I usually will be all "awww I want you!"

What is it about a fluffy face that makes us want to love all over it? :lol:

Yeah. ^^ I do have to say, looking at the kitties makes me want them, but love looking at them :)
