Potential meeting is the trio going into the wasteland where Diva is hunting for trading items. Maybe then have the Infected you were talking about show up? It could bring all our characters together since they might wonder why Diva isn't showing up for lunch, or not even back after they come back from town since she promised to take Sarah out while the others were gone.

Also, that sarcasm face makes me think of this link. The baby is hysterical!
