Spamming is against the rules, that's why. You should probably read the rules.

Server space, chum! For every inane comment posted, Menewsha teeters that much closer to the brink of overload oblivion. As such, there is no place for spam, ensuring that as much productive social interaction as possible gets done!

Or that's a sane reason to justify it with, anyway.

And we don't have one of those because we don't like spam. Tastes bad, you see. But jokes aside, gold is earned on Menewsha through posting, and if you could just post a lot of "bump" posts, then you wouldn't really be earning your gold. We like to encourage conversation and actual community participation to earn your gold, not mindless spamming. :)
