Victor stood in the cave entrance, watching the pups play. He needed to find Kinyesha. She was his only hope.

The ground then slight shook,as the sound of loud foot steps. The pups stoped paling,running to Victor seeing scatred.

Victor kneeled down to the pups. "What is it? What's wrong?"

The pups looked at him."the monster...he eats souls or spirits of the dead",they yelled hideing behind him."he cant hurt you bacause your living,but he can hurt us"

Victor stood up. "Hide in the cave. I'll take care of this beast" Victor extended his steel blades, and stood his ground.

The pups looked at him but ran inside the cave to hide.

As he stood there a big snow like beast came chargeing towards the cave.

Victor ran towards the beast. He jumped up and drove both of his blades deep into it's chest.

Thr pups watched in amazemnet as the beast stept back swying as blood cameout,

Victor got down off the beast, then deliverd a devastating upper cut into it's gut.

the pups yopped happily and came ruuning out as he best dropped dead/.

Victor retracted his blades. "It's ok, you're safe now"

The pups all nizzeled him happy and watched as the beast body turned to ashes.They then bliked seeing alot of sporit orbs apearing and flying around. The pups smiled."mommys coming!",they said and watcheda a large wolf ,much taller hen Victor apaer and walked towards them.

Victor kneeled. "Oh great spirit, I have come seeking your help"

The spirt looked down to him"i know what youve come for,weather you seserve it or not has yet to be desided"

"I know I let Ray down. But I need her back. I braved the elements, and even saved your pups. If need be, I would sacrifice myself so that Ray could live"

The spirt stared down at him."i know,but you have done many sins in you life as well",she said she lookined to the pups who were off playing."you the hunter that killed thier mother ,and thier father ...... youve killed many inosent wolves out of hatered and revenge,but you have been making up for them as well",she said thoughtfully."i can see that being around Ray had made you kinder ..... and that you truely love her",she said and paused."put you still have alot to atone for,i will help you ,and bring her back,but in return you must take the punishment i give you"

Victor looked up at the spirit. "I shall accept an eternity of punishment, if only Ray can live again"

The wolf nodded."very well",she said ,he eyes glowed slightly and two bottels apraered,onw with owder the other a liqid.."sprinkel the powder over her woonds .... they will heel within minites,once they heal poor the liquid down her throught ,within the hour ,she will be back", started as the bottels floated down to him."as for your punishment,you must leave the tribe and Yukina ,until i say so,go around helping others in the word,if you want to see how the pack is doinbg ,you may go but watch from a distence,you can say good bye to Ray ,but she is not to know why you are leaving,she can know nothing at all,unerstand?"

"I understand" Victor took the bottles and raced back to the tribe. He pourd the powder on Ray's wounds, and they healed. He then pourd the liquid down her throat.

The others watched hopefully as Ray took a deep breath and slowly began to come around

Victor was glad that Ray was alive, but he still knew his punishment. He kissed Ray on the head, then got up to leave. But before he did, he turned to the tribe. " Tell Ray that she'll always be in my heart" Victor then walked off into the rising sun.

The tirbe allwatched in shok at him leaveing.

Victor traveld around the world. He helped people in need, and protected wolves all over from hunters. All the while, he thought about Ray.

5 years had past since he had left Ray had recovered fully ,and was liveing her life with the pack.They had setteled into a knew town.But she had also become colder to those that were not from her tribe.She spent most of her time alone.


The great spirit had watched Victor closely,then as he helped the last person ,she apeared to him."Victor",she spoke to him softly."you have repaied your det,if you wish to return tp the tribe ,ther up north"

"Thank you spirit" Victor raced up north. He searched the woods finally finding Ray's tribe. He enterd, shouting for her. "Ray! It's me, Victor.".
