Name: Katherine Harris; Or Kody Harris
Age: sixteen
Appearance:
http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a2...ohman-02-1.jpg
Other: Katherine is a girl, but the school she went to previously had a horrible soccer team, so she managed to apply to an all boys school, and got in. So she cut her hair, and is now pretending to be a boy so she can be on the team she wants, and maybe some day it will pay off, once she proves she's just as good as any boy at the sport.

Name: Elliot Belmont
Age: 17
Appearance: http://img408.imageshack.us/img408/3...vbysirxlem.jpg
Other: Elliot is attending Derveraux at his parents request, the only thing that keeps him from moving elsewhere is his love for soccer. When he's not applying himself to sports he does everything so that he doesn't appear to be a typical rich kids son, much to his parents dismay.

Kody walked down the hallway, her two suitcases trailing behind her. As she passed each door, getting closer and closer to her room, she sighed. It was for the love of soccer, that she was here now, in an all boys school. If anyone found out that she wasn't actually a boy, she would be kicked out, she was sure. So she was nervous to meet her new roommate. Hopefully, he wouldn't be too observant. She'd cut her, and wrapped her chest so she wouldn't appear to have breasts, but she wasn't sure how the shower situation would be. And although she was wearing no make-up, she was still a girl, and there was the issue of how high her voice was. It would be hard getting used to keeping her voice low.

Shaking her head, she stopped in front of her door, and after exhaling a deep breath, she turned the doorknob, and stepped inside. She pulled her bags in behind her, and tossed them onto the bed closest to the door, and sat down. The room appeared to be empty, so far, but she was still nervous to meet her roommate. Or perhaps she would get lucky, and not have one at all.

Elliot had arrived on campus early, he intended to be rid of his parents care as soon as he possibly could have. It wasn't a surprise that when he arrived his roommate hadn't moved in yet, which suited him fine. He wasn't sure what to expect out of this year, he had roommates in the past but he was used to not getting along with them.

He was growing tired of the stuck up attitude of most of the guys at this school, and to top it off they were always more interested in academia than anything else. But this year Elliot actually looked forward to meeting his roommate, he knew that they were going to be a new addition to the team, and as team captain he was encouraged to welcome the newcomer.

The days were getting hotter by the minute and the dorms didn't yet have air conditioning so Elliot had gone down the hall to the communal showers and took a quick cold shower to relax. Not noticing anything different he walked into his room with only a towel about his waist to find someone else there. "Oh, ah... sorry didn't think anyone was here yet..." Elliot said running a hand through his wet hair pulling it back out of his eyes.

Kody had begun to unpack. Since she was alone in the dorm, it seemed the perfect time to unpack any Gorky things she owned. She shoved everything she shouldn't have to the back of her top drawer, and proceeded to fill it in with clothes. She had gotten about half-way done, when someone came into the room, causing her to jump slightly.

As she turned to look, she gave a smile, and then her eyes drifted down to his chest, and then his towel, before she caught herself and looked to his face, letting out an awkward laugh and waving him off. "It's fine, I'm Kody." she said, standing and stretching out her hand, offering it to shake. She was still testing her 'guy voice', but she hoped it was believable.

muffin08 11-07-2010 08:21 PM

Elliot was relieved that his roommate wasn't a prude so far, although he did seem a bit strange and he couldn't put his finger on it. But Elliot wasn't going to nit pick especially when he'd rather have a roommate that wasn't like the rest of the snobs on campus. He reached out and shook his hand strongly, "Elliot." he said with a smile before walking past Kody to his own, very small closet to fish out some clothes.

He pulled out nothing special some nice fitting jeans and a fitted green tshirt that had a v-neck, Elliot had never been afraid to dress to look good. After being captain of the soccer team he of course had been popular with the girls, and he took full advantage of that. "You don't mind if I..." he was suggesting changing, they were guys after all, and they would end up changing in the locker rooms anyway. Elliot had no nerves to be had in regards to his own body, so this wasn't a big deal to him at all.

Kody shook his hand, her grip weak compared to his. She nodded when he said his name was Elliot, and sat back down on her bed. She went back to putting her clothes on hangers, and re-folding the clothes she was putting in the small dresser beside her bed. When he spoke again, trailing off his sentence she turned to look at him, to see that he was standing with clothes, and realized what he was asking. Her eyes widened just a little, and she had to fight to keep from blushing. "Of course I don't mind, we're both men here." she said, turning with her back to him againn.

This was going to be harder than she thought. Shared showers, locker rooms, and a roommate who was comfortable just undressing right in front of her! How was she going to get around all that, without being figured out? She had thought the hard part would be getting into the school, but she was realizing now, that the hard part would be keeping her cover.

muffin08 11-07-2010 08:40 PM

Elliot shrugged, "Might as well get used to it now... there's no shame in the locker room... you are joining the soccer team right?" he threw his shirt over his head, and unlike Kody he had not laid it out nicely or put them on hanger. He next removed his towel before proceeding to slide on some briefs. He didn't fully get dressed immediately as his mind was a bit preoccupied.

He wanted to know more about Kody, Elliot was after all the team captain, placed in the goal. Elliot would need to know what his new player was like, and try to make them feel comfortable. He moved to his own dresser and began rifling through for all the informational papers the coach had given him to pass down.

Kody forced a laugh, though she was really panicking. No shame? So if she didn't get dressed with the rest of the guys, she'd be the odd one, then? "So there are no stalls in the locker room? My old school had stalls." she asked, just to make it sound casual. "But yeah, you're right, I'm planning on joining the soccer team." she said, folding up the last of her clothes, and sticking them in her dresser neatly.

With that done, she closed her suitcases, and shoved them under the bed. She'd decided not to put out any pictures, or anything. For one, she was a girl in all of her pictures, and she really didn't want anyone to recognize her family if she did happen to make friends, and they came into her room. With her clothes put away, she laid down on the bed, folding her arms behind her head to prop them up.

muffin08 11-08-2010 03:56 AM

Elliot smirked, "A shy one hm? No worries, there's stalls, not that any of us really use them or anything." he chuckled himself. A grin appeared on his face when he finally found the papers he was looking for. He moved over to Kody's bed, still in only his briefs and sat on the edge of the bed, "So here's all your basic information... I'm going to be your captain."

He held out the papers for Kody to take and look over, they contained rules for the team, as well as forms for basic information like uniform size etc. "What position do you typically play?" Even though Kody was accepted on the team Elliot would put him through his paces to figure out where he would fit best.

Kody shrugged, "I guess I've always been kind of shy." she told him. It was a good cover, seeing as how she couldn't be seen in the showers, or changing, without blowing her cover. When he sat down on the edge of her bed, and held out papers, she sat up to take them.

She looked them over, and looked at him when he asked what position she was. "I'm not really sure. My last school, the team was really bad, the coach didn't even bother to test us into positions. I was hoping to be tested into a position." she told him. She loved the sport, and as far as she knew, she was pretty good at it, but she'd never been on a boys team before, and her last school hadn't paid much attention to the girls team. She was a little intimidated, to be rooming with the captain, but if they made friends, maybe he could give her some pointers on the sport.

muffin08 11-08-2010 04:34 AM

"Good," Elliot said relieved that Kody didn't have a big head on his shoulders, usually most of the students that joined thought they were better than everyone else by far until they hit reality. "Our first practice is officially tomorrow, come early so I can run you through some trials first and see what works... sound good?" he stretched while yawning loudly after he finished speaking, it showed off his muscles greatly.

He then moved himself from Kody's bed and onto his own maybe he would be too lazy today to actually move from his own bed. "Let me know if you need anything, yeah?" Elliot wasn't sure if Kody had been shown around yet, and sometimes a new school could be really intimidating. Usually he wasn't this friendly but he found Kody to be different than the other guys.

we are BROKEN 11-08-2010 05:22 AM

Kody smiled when he said the first practice would be tomorrow. That was good, that they would be starting right away. She had practiced on her own plenty, but she knew that she needed to practice with the team, and see where she would fit in. Hopefully she wasn't wrong, thinking that she could fit into an all boys team.

"Really? That'd be great, actually. I probably need all the practice I can get" she told him honestly. She wasn't going to boast and say that she was ready to play a game, because she honestly didn't think she was. she was fairly certain that she would need some training to fit in with the guys. Luckily it wasn't anything physical, like football.

muffin08 11-08-2010 06:09 AM

Elliot smiled, Kody was certainly refreshing. It wasn't everyday he'd have a new player that was humble on his team. "We'll see how eager you are tomorrow." He shot him a wink, even though Elliot found him interesting it didn't mean he was going to go easy on him in practice. Elliot's team wasn't a champion team for nothing, and he had worked very hard to get them where they were now.

"So what else are you taking?" he asked through another yawn, Elliot could tell that Kody was younger, but surely he had other classes beyond being on the soccer team.

we are BROKEN 11-08-2010 06:22 AM

Kody leaned back against the headboard, relaxing. She knew that once classes started, and practice, she wouldn't have much time to just relax. This was a top notch school, and if she wanted to stay on the soccer team, she'd need pretty decent grades. "Just the basic classes. Math, English, things like that. Soccer is my main interest, but if for some reason I end up not being able to do that, my future won't be completely shot." she told him. She wasn't sure what classes she had, exactly. She hadn't been too concerned about it.

She wanted to be a pro soccer player, but athletes get injured all the time, and if that happens to her, she wanted to make sure she had a back up plan. "So what about you? What classes are you taking?" she asked him.

muffin08 11-08-2010 07:22 AM

Elliot was impressed Kody had a good head on his shoulders, and he clearly wouldn't be a slacker like Elliot was. Sure he would attend class and make a grade so he could scrape by but that was it, he'd much rather be outside playing sports than being cooped up inside reading books.

"The usual, I don't really care for classes so much, but we are required so you know..." Elliot sounded completely disinterested, "But don't go by my example." he chuckled a little. Even though he was the captain of the soccer team he wasn't necessarily perfect by any means especially when it came to academics.

Elliot sat up after he felt he was being too lazy and pulled his green shirt over his head and then his pants followed. He wondered what Kody had planned for the day, there were no classes just yet.

we are BROKEN 11-08-2010 07:41 AM

Kody laughed, nodding. She understood, really, but she'd never really had a hard time with classes. She would rather do the work and get the grades, then have to worry about getting kicked off the team. That, and she really didn't want the attention of the teachers, or anything like that. She would rather just be another student, she couldn't do that if she was failing her classes.

"Don't worry, I'm not that easily influenced." she told him. She watched as he finished dressing, and had to admit, she was rather relieved. It wasn't that she hadn't enjoyed looking at him, but quite the opposite. He had a nice body, a really nice body, and she didn't want to be caught staring at him. The last thing she needed was to creep him out.

"So, is there anything to do, when you're not in class or practicing, to pass time?" she asked him, wondering if there was a rec room, or anything to actually do. She wasn't actually sure, since she hadn't had a tour, and hadn't had time to look around campus yet.

muffin08 11-14-2010 07:42 AM

Elliot turned back to Kody, his brow furrowed in thought, "Hm... well there are some things, I mean downstairs there's a rec room where people hang out... some tv's and stuff.. then there's Mannie's cafe, pretty good food, and a coffee shop near by too." Elliot wasn't the typical student so he didn't hang out in those places unless it was with his team mates.

"I was going to catch up with some of the guys in the rec room downstairs if you want to meet some of them?" He gave Kody a suggestion that he knew it would be hard to ignore.

((Figure dmaybe we could introduce some new characters here? ))
