Today me and my friend attempted to dance to the monster mash. o3o

sweet_serender159 11-25-2010 06:05 AM

LOL true that ^.^

Zephi 11-25-2010 01:31 PM

Haha.. monster mash. That's some really old school stuff right there ^^

Computosaurus 11-25-2010 02:48 PM

Aww, we should have monster dress-up day! "Monster Mash" does not have to be just for Halloween! Weddings! Bar Mitzvahs! Sweet Sixteens!

----------

OK! I may have popped open several wounds and lost a couple of organs, but I got the dining room ready for Thanksgiving. My dad said, "Maybe you're not so bad afterall!" Thanks pops!

Leerah 11-25-2010 09:45 PM

Awesome, computosaurus~ :'D

And we totally should have monster dress up day~ xD

sweet_serender159 11-26-2010 04:52 AM

oooh a monster dress up would be fun!!!

Computosaurus 11-26-2010 01:06 PM

Hope everyone had a nice Thanksgiving. What was the tastiest thing you ate? For me, the mashed potatoes were especially tasty this year... but my sister made a s'mores pie that was sinfully delicious.

Zephi 11-26-2010 01:24 PM

Ooooh, a s'mores pie sounds crazy good :D I think the best thing that we had was the turkey, they smoked it. And we all got there just in time to get it fresh out of the... oven... or whatever the cooks cook things in. I think they used an oven but I'm really not sure. I'm usually one for mashed potatoes and they seemed real.... mmm... it was all really good. Even the stuffing. It looked like poo but it sure tastes like 100 times better than it looked.

Monster dress up day? Hahaha... I'm the "love buny" don't you know? LMAO

Leerah 11-27-2010 07:07 AM

S'mores pie sounds amazing @[email protected] <33
I so need to try some of that~

Hmmm...Tastiest thing I had was probably same as Zephi, the turkey. <3 It was just too good, maaan!

Zephi 11-27-2010 07:21 AM

Yeah! Turkey is awesome. It's like one of my favorite meats already and having a whole big serving of it, with gravy on it  Well... yeah... so good. ^^

Computosaurus 11-27-2010 08:18 AM

My mom made a fresh batch of stuffing and squash to go with the leftovers. I am so fat now! Haha, tasty though!

Zephi 11-27-2010 11:23 AM

Oh man... I wonder what they are cooking tonight ^^ I hope that it's something good, or at the very least, edible  Some days you might never know, but you sure can hope. *crosses fingers* At least when I eat my nose stops running :D Makes me want to keep eating but... I don't wanna get fat for real <.<

DariaMorgendorfer 11-27-2010 03:53 PM

We had turduckin at the turkeydayfest I went to. It was FABULOUS!

Computosaurus 11-27-2010 04:09 PM

@Zephi: Love the new avatar! You look ready for a battle... :ninja:

@Daria: Oh man! My mom bought a Turducken, but there were too many leftovers to fix it. She bought it on impulse and now we are all scared of it. Everyone I know who has tried it has LOVED it though, so that is very encouraging!

Zephi 11-27-2010 04:17 PM

Ooooh, a turduckin sounds interesting. Don't think that I've ever had it. I know i've had churkey though.

Muahaha... I JUST finished it. Took me forever to find the right combination and still I'm not sure about it. *sigh* Something too much, something not enough... I'm not sure. I just wanna use the little dragon dude. ^^

Computosaurus 11-27-2010 04:28 PM

Using Tatsu with your avatar makes me think of Mulan. :)

Zephi 11-27-2010 04:45 PM

Yay Mulan! Mulan was AWESOME. I should go for Mulan look. Hmm... was her stuff like jade tinted or black... shoot. I'll have to look it up. But seriously, Mulan always makes me cry in the end and gives me goosebumps when the Emperor bows to her and then like all of China follows in his lead. I just got goosebums thinking of it! Did you know that all of China claim that Mulan came from their region or their town. She's still loved there and it's pretty schweet. ^^

Computosaurus 11-27-2010 04:51 PM

Haha, that is funny about the legend of Mulan. I think every country has something like that! :D

Zephi 11-27-2010 04:55 PM

You think so? I wonder who is the ultimate American icon then? ... Daniel Boone? Uh... some other old guy who used to explore and did lotsa things? how about what's her name... omg this music is throwing me off... I can' even think of her name and it's on the tip of my tongue... the.. native american... she... saved... people... ok, clue me in, she's on the golden dollar.

Computosaurus 11-27-2010 06:32 PM

Sacagawea? Hehe, I can think of a few American stories, like Lewis and Clark, every state has a few spots that they claim they settled. Texas has a lot of... fuzzy history it seems, like the story of the Alamo. I don't know. Sometimes there is a fine line between history and legend! America doesn't have many legends because we're young.

Zephi 11-27-2010 06:39 PM

Yeah that's it! How about davey Crockett? Or Henry Ford? Jerry Garcia? lol... all random names that just popped into my head. Yep, young... and yet we are all over the place. I went to the Alamo when I was in San Antonio. Kinda cool. Near the River walk and that mall that is just plain evil cause it has the two stores that I can't resist at all when I pass them: Victoria's Secret and Pacsun. Love them both... hate them both... I spend like 300 bucks if I go into either of them T___T And it's the worst at VS cause they give you TINY little bag and I feel like maybe if they put it in a bigger bag that it might make me feel like I bought 300 bucks worth of stuff but they don't.

Computosaurus 11-27-2010 08:30 PM

Hahaha, you're so funny about Victoria's Secret. I was totally addicted in High School, I know how it is. You are sure that you need a new $60 bra every month... 5 pairs of underwear for $40! What a bargain! Hehe, now I get my lingerie at Wal-Mart, and I honestly cannot tell a difference. :XD

I guess America does have legends like... where is Elvis currently living? :P And bigfoot! Sorry to compare Mulan and Bigfoot, haha.

Zephi 11-27-2010 08:39 PM

I totally DO need a new 60 dollar bra every month! You are so right! Actually, the ones that I usually buy are online which makes it even worse! Because they have all the clothes online. And of course the clothes look UH-MAY-ZING on the models but they get you thinking that it will look exactly like that on you, normal every day person. And sometimes it does, sometimes it doesn't. But if it doesn't, that's usually an expensive mistake to make. OMG, when I was on leave I went to a Buckle store for the very first time. I had never been to the store but ordered my stuff online, again, guessing at sizes and hoping that they were right. But I got what IS the best pair of jeans that I have ever had in my life. Ok, I'm 6'2" (or nearly that) so I can't just by my pants anywhere as is.. but these... fit so good. Like a DREAM I TELL YOU! A DREAM! Downside to that... is that they were like 130 bucks. I have never ever paid so much for material in my life and I probably won't ever again. I'm gonna be burried in these jeans. I'm taking them with me! I don't care about heaven's dress code! I'm not wearing a sheet robe when I have AWESOME pants to wear! Too bad St. Peter. Let me in! lol

Elvis, oh yeah! John Wayne... And Tupac. lol. Big foot. Uh... the chupacabra? Oh these are not people anymore. Hmm... Oh wait! What was that guy who was HUGE and cut trees and had the big blue ox? And why am I so terrible with names tonight!?

I remembered! Paul Bunyon. Bunyun. Something like that. Why would you want to have a name that is something bad thatyou get on your feet???

Computosaurus 11-27-2010 08:44 PM

Paul Bunyon... My first thought was Paul Rudd!!! Hahaha, he's so cute.

That is cool about the jeans! I think that sounds worth it. Your online shopping totally paid off! I cannot imagine buying Victoria's Secret stuff online. I have definitely noticed that the catalog does not always translate into beautiful reality, haha. I have tried on babydolls that looked amazing in the catalog that ended up giving me an extra boob somewhere, or just generally fitting in a weird way! Can you return stuff?

Oh and St. Peter will take one look at you in those jeans and it'll be all good!

Zephi 11-27-2010 08:54 PM

I definitely have these jeans here with me. Only because I was wearing them on the last day of my leave so I brought them back with me. I almost want to put them on around here but I couldn't get away with that. I'd get a lot of weird looks and then the 1sg would be like, "Soldier! What the heck are you thinking? Does it look like we are back on the block to you? No? Then go change into your uniform right now!" Or someone else would say that. Either way... I have pacman pajama pants tho. I can wear whatever I want to sleep in and they can't say a darn thing cause no one sees me when I sleep. So there :P

Haha... I know I ordered this one thing, it was a dress or something and it looked NOTHING like it did online in the picture. They musta just took the ONE good angle from it and posted that. I ended up giving it to my sister. At least she gets decent hand-me-downs. Shoot. Makes me wish that I had an older sibling to hand me down some victoria secret... clothing.. not bras or undies... X_x

Paul Rudd... Paul Rudd.... who is that.... O_O And don't worry compy! I'll save you from talking to yourself, until I go to sleep that is, which might be soonish. It's like almost 130 am here.... i can feel the caffeine wearing off like I'm about to crash...
