Riku nodded. "Yeah. Of course." he said, nudging his horse lightly and leading it out of the stable.
Roxas frowned lightly. "Alright..." he muttered, kinda disappointed. He figured he could deal until tomorrow. |
" I'll go first thing in the morning to get the stuff and then we can make it." He said.
Sora nodded he did as intrusted and his horse followed after Riku's. |
Roxas nodded. "Alright.. And that's all it's going to make to make you happy?" he asked.
Riku smiled lightly. "You're getting it." he said, glancing back at Sora. |
" Maybe, but if I told you, then where would be the fun in that?" Axel asked.
" Yeah, it seems, I do. For once it's feel like something not to hard to learn" He said with a smile. |
"Well... I would like to know so I could make you happy." Roxas said, crossing his arms.
Riku smiled. "You want to try to go faster?" he asked. |
"Sure that sounds like a great idea" He said with a wide grin.
" Don't worry your cute little head about it Roxy" He said with a wide grin. |
Riku nodded. "Just nudge the horse a little harder and he'll sped up. Just make sure you don't go to fast and lose control of the horse."
Roxas frowned lightly. "I'm not cute..." he muttered, pushing his now empty bowl away from him. |
" What ever you say cutie" He said before talking his empty bowl, and taking it to the kitchen. "Alright, I'll give it a try" He said. After he said that he did as Riku said too. |
Once Axel was out of sight, a light blush spread across Roxas' face. He fought if off quickly before he noticed.
Riku smiled lightly and sped his horse up to keep up with Sora. |
"Wow, this is so awesome, Riku" He said loudly. He was having so much fun, and he was enjoying this time with Riku.
Axel walked back into the room," Alright, so is there anything else you want?"He asked. |
"I'm glad you're enjoying yourself." Riku said, smiling. He really was happy that Sora seemed to be having such a good time.
Roxas shrugged, glad his blush was gone in time. "I dunno. What would you recommend?" he asked. |
" I am, I never thought horseback riding could be so fun" He said with a wide grin.
Axel shrugged," I normally lazy around, and do some light reading"Axel said. |
"Well, you can go horseback riding all that you want until you have to go back home." Riku said.
Roxas shook his head. "I don't really like reading..." he said. It wasn't that he didn't like it... He just didn't really know how to read. He could read some.. He just wasn't the best reader in the world. |
" That's really great to hear. I know it'll be one of the things I miss when I have to go back" He said. He didn't mention Riku would be another big thing he missed.
" Well I'm not that good of a reader, but I've been teaching my self, so I can do something better with my life" He said softly. |
Riku was silent for a few seconds. "well.. Maybe I can bring a horse out to your house for you every once in awhile... If you want." he said.
"Oh... I'd offer to teach you, but I'm not that good either." Roxas said. |
" I would love that, but it wouldn't get you in trouble would it?" He asked. The idea he would get to horseback riding after he left the palace and the fact he'd get to see Riku excited him. " Really? I gotta admit, I'm surprised, I figured your parents would have you tons of tutors to teach you" |
Riku shook his head. "No. I wouldn't get in any trouble." he said. He was allowed to leave the castle. And if he took his horse, then there shouldn't be any problems for later.
"I do have tons of tutors... Just not for reading. I only have that class once a week at most. Sometimes not at all. It depends on if the teacher is there or not." Roxas said, shrugging lightly. |
" Well I would love it if you did that." Sora said. He was still smiling brightly.
" Oh really what other things do they teach you?" He asked. |
"Then I'll be sure to visit you often." Riku said, smiling lightly. He was glad Sora seemed so happy.
Roxas shrugged. "Fighting mostly. Battle strategies. Things like that." |
" Is there really a need for you to learn all that?" He asked.
Sora beamed at that. " Really?" He asked. |
Roxas shrugged. "I don't know. My father thinks so. He wants me to be a great leader one day and he figures this is the best way to help me."
Riku nodded. "Yeah. I'll come visit you whenever you want." he said. |
" Well that should include, other things, like science, arts and being able to read. I always thought a great leader should be educated in variety of fields. " Axel said.
Sora beamed brightly," Well everyday works for me" He said with a slight chuckle. |
"I do take those classes. They're just not as often as my fighting classes." Roxas said, shrugging lightly.
Riku raised an eyebrow. "You really want to see me everyday?" he asked. |
" Well it's not my place to say what you should be taught and how often though" He said.
Sora blushed bright red," Yes" He said softly. He had grown really attached to Riku. He never got along or really liked anyone else his age. |
Roxas was silent for a few seconds. "Well... What does Sora normally do around this time?" he asked, wanting something to do.
Riku glanced at Sora, finding his blush to be absolutely adorable. He smiled lightly. "Then I'll come see you everyday if I can." he said. |
