A More Creatively Titled Thread You'll Not Find... Well, that's a Lie. [Seeking OnexOne Partners]
 

My apologies. I'm not feeling particularly creative in the fields of thread creation at the moment, so you'll have to bare with me if this thread actually bares down the point with some manner of haste. Never fear, it will likely be updated with inanities sooner than you'd like.

Important Things to Know
-I will NOT roleplay with you if you are not what the current online convention defines as 'literate'. I'm sorry, but I've very little tolerance for consistent grammar mistakes and atrocious spelling. Obviously, mistakes happen I'm not going to jump down your throat and start pummeling your innards over the occasional mistake of typing 'your' instead of 'you're' that's part of being human (Granted, I AM working on that. 'Gimmie a bit) but have a basic knowledge of the english language please.
-The more creative you are, the more my short attention span and busy life will allow for me to CARE about what you're trying to convey to me. I'll be the first to admit that I'm a fairly busy person and I sometimes I have to set down fun and enjoyable things like roleplaying for more, unfortunately important things. I will TRY to make sure that I tell you of any potential hiatuses in the foreseeable future and/or if I'm getting bored with the roleplay and can't continue. The point stands, the more creative you are and the more you're willing to work with me on plot and character development, the more likely I'll be willing to stick around. The same goes for you: if you are getting bored or don't like something that I'm doing, feel free to ask me to change it or at least notify me. Also please let me know, if you want to stop or can no longer continue for whatever reason. I'm a big girl. I promise I won't cry. I'm a big girl. Or so I tell myself.
-In general I'm more interested in MxM and FxF relationships than heterosexual ones. If this bothers you, I'm not the roleplay partner for you. Seriously, just go away please.
-I obviously play both female and male characters, both of the (to use a gross over-generalization) more dominant and submissive archetypes. This does NOT mean I want to be your 'seme' as its called sometimes each and every time I'm a roleplay. If your character has no depth other than whiny submissive princess (regardless of gender) who needs to have some one toss them around, see that last sentence of the rule above this one.
-I like to be able to discuss the roleplay at hand. Our characters, the plotline, what is about to go on etc. I encourage my partner/s to do so as well. It makes things more interesting, in my opinion.
-I prefer to roleplay over PMs, or over private thread on site. Other options can be discussed if you'd really like.
-I'm really not as mean as I sound. Pinky swear <3

-Also note, many of the things I list as fandoms I would be more interested in using the world rather than the characters themselves. But this is NOT always the case. Again, communication is and will be your friend.

Plot Ideas and Starting Points

Note that some of these plot bunnies use phrases like 'you', this does not necessarily denote that you are responsible to play that part. For most of these, I would be willing to play either and its likely something that we'd hash out before we start.

General
-This particularly plot line could be applied to just about any setting (Fantasy/Non Fantasy, Modern/Historic/Futuristic etc). You are rich. Or famous. Or otherwise well known in your particular world to the point that the amount of men/women (depending on your gender respectively) throwing themselves at your feet grew far to tiresome for your liking. You have more important things to worry about than love or marriage. You've decided the easiest way to deal with such bothersome people is to spread around a rumor that you 'swing the other way' so to speak. And this seems to work for some time, other than the frequent mummers of 'What a waste' and occasional odd glances or harsh words from nay-sayers life is now simpler. Until one day when you are approached by an actual homosexual who admits to the fact that they've always had a bit of a soft spot for you and now with you being... out they finally mustered up the gumption to approach you. Not knowing exactly what do, but with the eyes of the world on your back, you to you decide to give the charade a whirl... Just for a little while.

Modern
-Though this is hardly a plot, I'd like to do something involving a elder twentish-thirtyish uncle and an adopted teenage nephew.
-Everyone's heard stories about girls posing as male students to sneak into their obsession's all-boy's school. So when you, a normal male enrolled at one such school, see one or your more effeminate "male" classmates (who was supposedly out of school on vacation for a few days) in the fuku uniform of the near-by Girl's school, you're mind fills in the blanks. Suddenly an infatuation that made you question your sexuality seems completely founded. Somehow now all you can think about is "her". Too bad that you made an incorrect assumption.

Modern Fantasy
-You're returning for yet another year at your school: one that happens to be a school for the kind of "gifted" children that run through the pages of fantasy texts. But this year might be different, after all: the headmaster's assigned you're to tudor a new freshman. One that seems to have a bit of trouble controlling their unruly powers.
-You're rich, famous, powerful and on the top of everyone's "Most Eligible Bachelor" list. For some, life in the fast lane (accompanied by the appropriate paparazzi stalking) would be tiring, although for some reason you can't seem to get enough of it. Well.. It doesn't help that your current life seems to be the easiest way to get whatever you want or, more specifically; whomever you want. Except for one person, who seems to be immune to the charm of pomp and circumstance, some one who, unbeknowst to you happens to be a bit more than human. (Underdeveloped plot alert!)

Futuristic/Sci Fi
-About 100 years ago, at the turn of the last millennium scientists successfully bonded animal DNA to humans, although shortly after their success they found themselves unable to control their products. These half human half animal creatures, which came to be known as the Spliced, escaped and after nearly 500 years have evolved into nearly their own species. However eventually man sought to take control over the Spliced once again. After a period of hunting and subjugation the human race once again reduced the Spliced to something like pets. Though some maintain their wild spirit. (This could go A LOT of places)
-As man kind warred themselves to ever lowing numbers, the remaining survivors of countless feuds began to compress themselves into the remaining civilized lands. Huge urban areas began to spring up, maintained only by the steady increase of technology. These mega metropoli are a hodgepodge of nationalities and races, and as such there it was natural for gangs to quickly spring up to seize control of these areas. This roleplay runs more or less like a semi-futuristic giant gang war, we could throw in a little fantasy, a little sci-fi, a little police-criminal action a whole lot of things and I'd love to use this setting more.

Series Based
- (Pokemon). Is it bad that I want twist pokemon in a slightly sick way? Think combining the pokemorph/gijinka/kemonomimi concept with a twisted society where the fact that these "pokemon" are very human-like is glanced over. Pokemon "trainers" still force them to fight one another, still trade them like property, still breed them, still catch them out of the wild and force them into captivity. I can't help but think this would be fun, in a twisted way.

Hi. I would like to rp with you.

i would like to do a role-play with you. I consider myself literate. I can write up to 8 paragraphs. And their not small paragraphs their pretty big paragraphs. My grammar isn't perfect but it is readable i promise you that. I would like to do a "slice of life" kind of role-play. I want it to be fun and have some adventure in it. Maybe even a splash of drama to it.
Im usually use to Het pairings but i can try doing a femalexfemale pairing.
