We had our Christmas with the relatives last weekend up in Seattle.
We are home now, and will be for the rest of the year.

Wow...I don't have much longer to be on! T_T I have like a little less than an hour before I have to start getting ready to go. :/ I honestly don't know why I am going down to my grandparents for dinner when my dad and his girlfriend isn't going to be there. :/ They went to her parents' place when they originally said they weren't! So now my holiday has been officially screwed up. :/

Yes, we had a very nice time with the family in Seattle last weekend.
Now it's just the two of us here, for a quiet Christmas.

I did get a Wii for myself for Christmas. My niece showed me this game called Okami, and it's very charming!

Lucky! I want a Wii...but who knows if I'll ever have one? I can't afford one and no one will buy me one because I'm either "too old for video games" or it's because I am in college and it still counts as being in college when you are on break. :/

And I have this cute, sweet, purring kitty on my lap. :)

Oh, I will trade the Wii for a sweet kitty any day!

Well...my grandmother is says both of these things and she'd very hypocritical about it too. Actually, she's just hypocritical in general. :/ It's like, as long as it is not me, she doesn't care if they play video games or not.

Are you sure? I mean...I have these scratches on my hand/wrist from the little terror last night. XD And she just jumped down off of me. XD It was very hard typing with her here because I couldn't pull the keyboard out to type good. lol

Your grandmother would also be enchanted by Okami.
It's a very lovely game.

She probably won't like it. XD She complains about not being able to see. And the only game she will play is Bejeweled on the computer. :/ She also wouldn't understand it. :/ I don't know how old she is and I don't feel like doing the math...but she was born in 1925.

She shouldn't be able to drive...AT ALL! I refuse to get in a car if she drives...hence the reason I ALWAYS drive if we go somewhere. :/

She would be 85 then. That is quite old to drive.

I can still drive, but I prefer not to.

She thinks she's a good driver. I'm a better driver than she and she complains about my driving. She thinks I should stay in the slow lane on the interstate when they are doing 55 in 70 speed limit instead of doing 75 in the fast lane. I ain't doing that! Fast lane it is!

I don't know how she passed the eye thing to get her driver's license renewed. :/

My granddad is a better driver than her and she thinks he can't drive. The only things that I know of that he doesn't do right is that he gets turned around easily now and will go the wrong direction we should be going in because he can't remember where the place we are going to is located. And he doesn't wear a seat belt like 95% of the time. But I feel much safer with him driving than her. He's two years younger than she.

There are some people of that age who have absolutely no problems with driving. Everyone is different.

I hope your grandfather isn't getting Alzheimer's.

Although, I know that my memory isn't what it used to be either.
