dustan smiled as he felt jordan's tail wrap around his leg. He then chuckled hearing her adorable purr and kept close to her s he possibly could as he kept walking. They hopefully would make some great time today and get to a town that was far away from his home forest. Because he wouldn't be able to protect jordan or walk with her as the sun nearly killed him. Luckily he brought a sun proof tent. it was essential for this trip. He than laughed as he watched jordan chase after a butterfly and try to catch it. he then pulled out his flute and palyed a little tune, making the butterfly land on her nose.

Jordens ears flickered when she heard the music but then saw the butterfly land on her nose. She stood there and had no idea what to do now that she had it so close. She just stared at it but then heard something. She quickly jumped out of the way and right where she had been a net was. She cursed and knew that this time with no danger was to good to be true. She ran over to dustan and took his hand, "run." she said simply and started to tug him along.

Dustan laughed lightly and then swore seeing the net. Looking at the hunters who shot the net he put his flute away and drew one of his swords. He felt himself being dragged for a second before he poured on the speed. grabbing jordan he scooped her up into his arms. "Hold on!" he said and then ran straight at a tree, his eyes glowed golden as he launched off the tree and flipped, seeing the hunters for a second was all he needed as his golden magic blasted them making them fly almost a hundred feet. He then landed lightly and began running as fast as he could. "Are you okay?" he asked worriedly. He should have known that butterfly was magic, it was night time.

Jorden nodded and was clinging onto him. She buried her face into his chest and whispered, "I am so sorry, this is all my fault." she said softly and then looked up and saw something. "watch out." she said but it was to late. A net fell on them and the hunters surrounded them. The one hunter pointed a gun at dustan, "let go of the neko. If you do your free to go." he said and you could the. See he wasn't from here, his eyes where yellow and snake like. Jorden hissed but stopped when the one pointed a gun at her. She knew this would of happened.

Dustan gasped as he was taken down and curled around Jordan protectively. Gritting his teeth he looked up at the hunters pointing a gun at him. "Hassasins...." he breathed, knowing the long distanced kin of his people. They were equally as powerful and strong as his people, but ten times more ruthless, making them extremely dangerous. "Never." he growled and then gave a cry of pain as he was shot in the leg. He held Jordan tighter and curled around her more, gritting his teeth. This hunter had great aim, just going threw his muscle and tissue, not hitting the bone, yet. "Ill get us out of this..." he whispered reasuringly to Jordan as he was told to let her go again. Refusing he was kicked in the head, causing his head to bleed as well as his leg.

Jorden held onto him tightly when he curled up around her and she buried her face into his chest. When she heard the gun shot tears started to go down her face. She didn't want him to get hurt protecting her. She should have known that it would end up like this if he came, he would get hurt even though she didn't want him to be. She nodded when she heard him and buried her face closer to him, her ears plastured to her head. When she heard him get kicked she whimpered softly and clung to him more. She then heard them mummbling and finally the one man who looked to be the leader looked at them, "fine you can stay with her but your both coming with us." he said as he had two men pulled them to there feet and kept there guns aimed at them. Jorden clung to Dustan even more and didn't want to let go of him.

Dustan bit his lip hard as he was pulled to his feet. Holding onto Jordan tightly he kept her in his arms as he was forced to walk, limping the best he could. He was then stopped and shoved to the ground. Growling he kicked a man in the face before he was striped of his weapons and armor, and they're supply pack. The shock killed him as he was balled onto his feet again, just wearing very thin black pants and a thing shirt. A shadow elf like himself worked all his life to earn his armor and weapons, and Dustan had devoted his life to it. Inraged by the disgrace he pounched a man but then was cut on the side deeply. Fumbling over he then hissed and felt his head yanked back by his ponytail. "You so dare, and I'll kill uou..." he growled angerily. But it was no use, they cut his ponytail and his eyes flashed with pain watching his white hair fall to the ground. He was then forced to move again, fighting his anger and sadness as he walked. He was stripped of everything... Everything but Jordan...

Jorden frowned when she was pulled away from Dustan and struggled. She cryed as she watched him get stripped of everything, she watched the man that she had known be stripped of everything because of her. It was all her fault, why did she have to let him come. She should of hid when she saw him and just left it was all her fault. Gult filled her as she was thrown over to him again and they where forced to walk again. She wrapped her arms around his one and stayed close, "I am so sorry." she whispered as tears fell from her face. Her tears fell and a few landed on his gash that was on his side. Right when the tears touched the broken flesh it started to heal slightly. Some of the men saw this and a grin spread across there faces, they got what they wanted.

Dustan looked at Jordan and wrapped his arms around her lovingly. "Don't be... It wasn't your fault.. none of it was." he whispered and stroked her head lovingly. he was then shocked as he felt his side heal and looked at Jordan. This was why she had run, he understood now. "I will protect you... You will be safe..." he hwispered into her hair softl nad then narrowed his eyes at the smirking men. He had to think of a paln and fast.

JOrden frowned and stayed close, "but it is my fault, it is all my fault for dragging you into this." she said to him softly and even though she shouldn't she found herself smiling when she heard him say he would protect her. He would stay with her and that was all that matered now. The men continued to smirk and then as they got further into the forest they came to what looked like a small kingdom. "this will be your prison now." the leader said as he lead them inside what looked to be the castle of the place and right away headed ot the prison. He threw both of them into the same cell and smiled at the two, "be nice, we need the girl." he said and they all left except for two who kept guard.

Walking threw the halls Dustan held onto Jordan tightly and memorized everything about the palace he could. He then stumbled inside with Jordan and pulled her close. Sitting on the small cot he pulled her gently against his chest and cradled her there. "Ill get us out of here.... And then when we arrive at our destination I can forge new weapons and armor, and my hair will grow back eventually.... You're safety is all that matters to me now..." he whispered and kissed her forehead. It was true, though he felt the pain now he had to push it aside and focass on getting his love to safety.

Jorden buried her face into his chest and wished she had just left him. It would be so much Easter to travel without him and not worry. She then looked up at him, "this is all my fault. I should of left you back home, you would have been safer there. You wouldn't have to worry about me and would be happier." she said a d wrapped her arms around him and pulled him closer. "I dragged you into this. You should of run, I am the one they want." she said softly and wished he had. It would of been painful to watch him go but at least he would be safe then.

Dustan frowned and shook his head slowly. "Dont ever say that.... Jordan I love you with my whole entire being... I belong with you... And nothing is more important to me then you... I would never be happy knowing you were being used and abused." he said firmly and kissed her lips gently. "I was never kidding when ever I said I love you." he whispered and nuzzled her temple and closed his eyes hoping she understood him now.

Jorden clung to him tighter and pressed herself closer to him. She kissed him back and and small purr broke from her when she fekt him nuzzle her. "I love you too and I dont kid when I say it." she said softly and kept her face buried in his cheat. She was now glad he had come, she doight she could be this strong in the face of danger now without him. She then looked up at him and kissed his chin gently, "you probably can guess the secret that they want from me. I am sorry I didn't tell you." she said to him softly and leaned against him.

Dustan smiled and then sighed. "Its perfectly alright... I understand why you kept it a secret." he said and then kissed the top of her head. He then spotted something in the corner of their cell and he gently set her down. Walking over to it he grinned and clapped his hands together. He then smacked them against the wall and made it shift. And make an escape for them. "Jordan hurry." he whispered and held his hand out to her. Why didn't he think about his alchemy sooner?

Jorden smiled when she felt him kiss her head and glad that he understood. But there was more to it then just her tears, but she would tell him later. Right now they had to get out of here before they came back for her. She watched him as he walked over ot the corner and smiled when she saw him open a esacpe for them. She ran over to him and kissed his cheek as she took his hand, "nice thinking." she said softly and then started to head into the escape.

Dustan smiled and Ben hurried out the hole with her. He then lead her threw the halls. Hearing men coming, he clapped his hands and touched a suit of armor, with a flash of magic he held two swords wnd handed Jordan he small sheild. He then ran forward silently and cut the man in half. "Hurry Jordan, this way." he said and then cut down another man. He then grinnd looking to see a horse in the courtyard and Grabbed her hand. "let's catch a ride." he said with a grin.

JOrden smiled as she stayed close but as she watched him go fight with the swords she got worryed. She didn't want to lose him after he gave everything to be with her. she ran after him without another word and smiled when she saw the horse. "come on, we need to hurry." she said as she ran over ot the horse and with the grace only a neko had jumped onto the horse and waited for him. She was ten times the better rider then him, it was something she was taught how to do. "come on and get on." she said as she looked at him and once he was on she snapped the reins and qucky got out of there before they could be stopped.

Dustan then got to kill the man who cut hisnponytail before jumping onto nthe horse. "Lets go."

Jorden smiled and then they where out of there. THey whipped past any other guards before any of them knew what was going on and Jordne smiled. "we are free." she said once they hwere in the cover of the forest and looked back up at Dustan, "glad your safe." she said softly and ment it.

Dustan nodded and then looked at her. he then looked up at the sky and grimiced. "For now... We only have a few hours to get to the closes town before the sun comes up..." he whispered and then looked at her with worry. "Or i wont make it." he whispered knowing that they needed to pour on the speed. And now.

Jorden got a determined look in her eyes, "you will make it, I will make sure of it." she said to him and then snapped the reins to make the horse speed up. "but we cant go into town, I dont trust going into town." she said as she looked around for a place that was shady enough for him. "help me look for a cave, no one will find us in there." she said as she roade faster.

Dustan nodded and kep this eyes ppeeled for a cave as they rode the horse extremely fast. he then shook his head not spotting anything for almost an hour. About to give up he saw one and told Jordan. As they pulled up to it he looked at it and smiled. the entrance was consealed wonderfully and if not looking for it you would never find it. "this should be perfect.' he said lightly and smiled at her widely.

JOrden nodded and slid off the horse and looked up at him, "yes it should be perfect for now." she said and then headed inside to check it out. It was perfect and it was deep. She then walked over to Dustan and pulled him off the horse, "come on, lets head inside." she said as she looked up at him.

Dustan smiled widely and Then got off the horse. He grabbed some sticks and then walked inside. He started a fire skillfully andsat back. He was sore wnd tired. Really sore and tired z
