This is going to sound like a noob question but..
I was playing Attack of the Fangirls and he said the mayor was the girl wearing the hat, I said the mayor was the old man.
So which is it?
Is the mayor the old man or the girl?

Yep, Mr. Mayor might look a little effeminate, but I think that's why he has so many fangirls in the first place! :lol:
