hi easty!! we put a bid/contract on it last night. bidding for the asking price of $55,900 so the only way we could loose it would be if somebody came in with that much cash. who has that much right?

well we will get a loan, so the mortgage company buys the house, and we pay them back. so if somebody went into Milt's office and said" I have 55k in cash!" They would get the house. But I don't think that would happen. You never know though.
