Okay, I wasn't sure about this...but do you have to like, pay some money every month or week to the bank after you get a loan and spend it? I mean, I know you have to pay them back but I just don't know how you pay them back

well once we get approved and get all the papers signed and close everything, we'll have a monthly mortgage payment. which includes the money we owe the loan company, our house insurance, and taxes. should be about $514 right now we are paying $450 rent. so not too much more for a lot more room!

forgot to add, we have to pay on it for 30 years, unless we pay more than what they ask for every month. :lol:
