this is my sixth year racing and i started out racing with all females, but now i am the only girl in my class!
i love that we are all chatting about racing! yay!!!
it is a very expensive hobby, my dad has invested a lot into the whole thing and it's a mostly stock car
i race in a league called the madbombers... we are supposed to run stock 305's but lots of people like to cheat :(

aaaaand it was just my two month anniversary :lol: yay!

the guy that live next door drives a modified. (not sure if that's what you all call it) i know different areas/tracks call the cars different names. oh i think they cheat a lot here also. do you have techs that inspect your car at all??

one of my other uncles used to race modifieds!!! he was very very good! they used to make him put restrictor plates on his car and he still smoked them all! :yes:
we do have tech people but they tend to have their favorites... so sad :illgetu:

i kinda know enough to talk to somebody about it, just from listening to hubby. if it wasn't so stinkin hot we would have went also. i don't mind going to the races when it's like 80 degrees instead of 100 or higher like it has been. :P

you know what's funny?? we can hear the race cars at our house. :heart: didn't think we could, but then again we only live like ten blocks or so from the track.

I'm currently looking up the record for the loudest fart in the world :) It was 150db, which is as loud as a jet engine, or an elephant on crack in a school bus ^_^
