Nyvok has an interview with Jobcorps today people. Today determines whether or not she gets in. I'm going to have to go through a whole hour of reading a contract and signing it! Oh boy! How exciting! Not.... but I have to act alive or I won't have any chance of getting into the program and I need this in order to move on with my life. O_O

so today has been a pretty good day. jacob talked hubby into letting us go to walmart to get a toy. :gonk: we spent almost $30. bought two toys, a tulip planter, two bottles of kid shampoo, and three candy bars. if hadn't got the toys, we wouldn't have spent as much. they were like $8 a toy! :P |
Toys are so epic though!! I remember when I was a kid, Toys R Us was the shit.
My parents went to high end stores for everything, but when I was buying it with my OWN money I saved up in a little jar, that was my first place *sighs* oh to be young. On a side note, my entire house is decked out in fall stuffs.... lights in the window sills, scented fall candles, light up pumpkins... the works! I love being a home maker ^^ |

The leaves are falling here and everything is cooling off... certainly feels like fall here.

Liquid Diamond: it's so stinkin hot still. it's 9:30 pm and it's still 80 degrees outside. *sweats* hopefully tomorrow is cooler. i guess thursday they are calling for 54! but then friday it'll be back up to 90's. i hate kansas weather. she's a bitch. :P the poor trees are so confused.
