I need to work extra hard the rest of this month and the next. How long do you work out for? |
I try to do about 30mins 3 to 4 times a week >.<
But I've been lazy the past month do to my health so I'm hopping to start back up with something monday. Work out for about 15min in the morning before work to wake up and then take a nap after work and try to work out 30mins before dinner... 3 to 4 times a week again >.< Though that might be pushing it and I might just do my 15min in the morning... morning time I do a little yoga or use light hand weights (use to) |
