Yeah, I'm a right softie when it comes to the heat. I start complaining about it at about 18 degrees... And I'm moving to Auckland next year! Yay!

They say the ideal temperature for comfort is 23 degrees celsius, so it's interesting to hear Bearzy would complain of heat at 18...I personally find 18 degree days cool but nice, provided its not raining on a day I need to be outdoors.

I guess it depends on what I'm doing, but there's quite high humidity in the town I grew up in, so 18ish always felt closer to like 25.

I like it hot if it's not humid. So.....come summer time. New England is NOT the place to be cause it gets hot and super humid thanks to the ocean. *shakes fist*

I'm jelly, a good friend of mine is going to be in Christchurch for.....I think a half year finishing up her doctorate. I want to be there! Bah! She's in Italy right now.

What's she studying that she's coming to Christchurch for? We don't exactly have a leading university.

I dont tend to struggle til it hits the 30* mark, and the higher it gets, the more I struggle! around the 40s im usually pretty useless, all productivity is pretty much gone too lol! Humidity is a real killer though, and its fairly humid here sadly.

Wet actually. Last few days theres been flooding and stuff here. looks like the rain is clearing off though and things are starting to fine up again thankfully! Means I'll get a chance to do the lawns before the house inspection next tuesday!

And I've been a busy bee today too, with the help of my GF, we've cleaned at least half the house for the house inspection on Tuesday! My house mate attempted some stuff too. Like cleaning out the fridge... which is really helpful because the real estate agents TOTALLY check the fridge... /sarcasm (-__-)

Drop Bear, when you say your mouse died are you referring to a computer mouse or a pet mouse? My first thought was pet mouse and then thought, "How sad that a pet mouse is replaceable to the point of being able to order a new one..." then it occurred to me that you're probably referring to a computer mouse....[blush]

Have you never seen the Emperor's New Groove Droopy? It's fucking hilarious. Goat is referencing a scene from that. where the bad guy (Yzma) explains her plan to turn the emperor into a flea and then put that flea in a box and mail it to herself and when it arrives "SMASH IT WITH A HAMMER". Kronk is her sidekick.
