Yeah, the coat was one of the first commons I lusted after here on Mene. I always keep coming back to it. It's the kind of coat I wish I could afford in real life. :cry:
---------- I've asked sensia101 to do me some avi art with this outfit, but I think once she's done with that I'll head on over to the avatar forums and get some advice. I wish there was a way for me to have other users "dress" me by showing them what's in my inventory. Or is there already something like that? |

oh, and i think the only way to have others help by using just the items you have, other than you giving out your password and letting them make it, would be to tell someone what you have and then they can use the DAC? i'm not sure of any other way :sweat: which ea game are you playing, sensia? |

I enjoy playing pet society and as there were a few items I wanted to get and my credit was about to expire I decided to get some 'CASH' over my mobile. Everything was fine.. I sent the code back ect.. But I didn't get my 'CASH' and their support.. Thing... Is pathetic. I can't even log in to get help.. My mother got some responce from them.. they asked for the details ect.. We sent it back. Four times. And they have the audacity to say the 'ticket' has expired because they got no responce. Now they refuse to ansver us and we can't get the phone number.

There is nothing else I can do save file a law suit... Mothership is preety pissed about it all as well. We're both disabled pensioners and we have very little money to spare. By rights I probably shouldn't have tried to buy something as intangiable as the 'CASH' in the first hand but..

You had an expiring coupon, right? It seemed the sensible thing to do. I say EA is just taking advantage of a situation. If I were you (which I'm not!), I would probably keep sending polite and insistent emails, asking to speak with a manager, or making phone calls if you can, until someone gives you a straight answer. Even though you're only a single customer, if you spread this around, they could lose further potential customers. I've always found that the "We're both in this problem together" attitude helps when dealing with annoying customer service people. You know, the "I know you're not out to screw me over personally, but I'm feeling kind of unsupported here as a paying customer, and isn't there something you can do for me because I'm being so nice and patient, oh and by the way I won't get off the phone with you until I'm satisfied..." That sort of thing.
