Oooh ok. I love those random flight layovers. I had one recently from Seattle to Dulles in Washington DC.....and then it was just a 40 minute flight up north to our airport. It's like, uh ok, way to break up my cross country trip by landing us uber close to home. >_< Might as well be a nonstop. But, you gotta do what you gotta do for cheapy tickets.

Ugh.. I made myself sick. I've been on a sugar high for just over a week.

Oh dear sensia, that's a very long while to be on a sugar high.

Is it possible to be on a sugar high that long?

I wouldnt have thought so unless one was very sensitive to it maybe?

Though i have heard that the 'sugar high' thing is just a myth. Apparently there was a study done with young kids, control groups with placebo candy or no candy and sugared groups and they both behaved the same. I think they may have even done a study with kids and adults too. From what i gather, its more so kids being bored or over stimulated that makes them crazy, so when theyre with their friends theyre too stimulated and vice versa.

Of course, i cant actually remember where or when or from whom i heard about this, or if its even legit, but thats what i recall. :lol:

I dunno, I feel it when I've had a touch too much candy....and then comes the craaaaaaash. lol

Being pre diabetic and rarely eating candy I am fairly sensitive to it. A sugar high is a real thing it's just.. different to the usual belief of it being a hyperactive kid.
My main problem is I hardly eat anything these days so I tend to run far on pure sugars. ^^'
