Superman turned from Wonder Woman when Nightwing and Raven barged into the room. He expected Nightwing to talk for them but then he stepped back. Looks like he is learning. He carefully crossed his hands on the table when Raven started talking. He listened carefully and when she was done he held up his hand when Wonder Woman started to speak. "We understand that. We are sorry that we have treated you that way. Sometimes it is just hard to move beyond the past." He smiled, "But in this case we haven't treated you as sidekicks. We gave you all the information you needed at the time and the same information we gave to everyone else. Not everyone needs to know everything." He looked around the table at the other members before looking back at Raven. "Now I can see that was the wrong plan. Your team and you two specifically have been tied to this for too long. Jericho went missing and we started looking for him. During that time we found some information that had been previously hidden from us. Slade has been hiding somewhere but at the same time Jericho disappeared Slade started showing up again. We don't know what has happened but something happened with those two and Jericho has been warped. We think he has gone mad. He has popped into a few different heroes but passes on quickly but no one has seen his actual body. For some reason he has become focused on your team and you Raven." He paused then continued. "That's why we think he went after Starfire. He seems to be weak in his power. He can't completely take over, or at least the heroes, but he can magnify feelings... That information that we found out... Slade is his father."

Raven glanced at all of them, she waited as Wonder Woman was about to speak, and wasn't to surprised with Superman cut her off. Raven listened, it really did annoy her that these people got to call the shots. Keeping each other in the dark wasn't always a good thing. She could contest to that, surly things would be vastly different if she hadn't hid Elizabeth. " Slade is his father?" Raven repeated, she watched as Shayera/Hawkgirl nodded. It was surprising that Slade son was Jericho, the both seemed to be two different people, though that fact did give them a little clue to why Jericho seemed to bother them. Slade always did like messing with them. Yet it was still confusing, " Do you have any idea why he seems to be focusing on us....me?" Raven asked. She could concluded on why he focus on the titans as a whole, but on her she had no idea. He had never been in her mind before, so it's not like she was the one to send him insane. |
Wonder Woman broke in before Superman could speak. "We don't know for sure but some of us think it might be because of your father. Your both heroes that came from dark fathers. It might have been that similarity or he might have been driven mad by a glimps of the evil from him." She shrugged seeing this just as one more reason why her people had things the right way.

" My father? How would he know that? My father has been gone from this world, since I defeated him in my teenage years. Only you the founders, and my original team know about it. I don't think Slade would have told him that either. There is also no way that Jericho could have gotten a glimpse of my father's evil. He would have had to been in my head, and to my knowledge, he hasn't" Raven said. This was at least what she thought. She glanced at Nightwing, wondering if he had any thoughts on this. |
Nightwing shrugged. "Maybe he didn't get it from you. He could have got it from any of the old team. He has been in me once and probably in at least one of the others, not counting Star now. Maybe he saw it in one of our memories?" He really didn't care the why of why this was happening. A hero was acting as a villain and that was all that mattered.
Wonder Woman nodded. "Really we can't say how. We have never spoken of that outside us. But the point is we have told you all that we know. You are warriors and will be treated as such. What you wish to do with this knowledge is up to you." |
Raven didn't like the way Wonder Woman was treating them. Sure she lived differently, and sure she with six other's how founded the League, but that didn't give them supreme reign. This was why she hated dealing with the league. She looked at Nightwing and then the rest of the League leaders," Fine, we will be returning to our tower then" Raven said, before leaving the room. She was referring to her team, and child. She wasn't sure if Nightwing would follow, but right now she didn't let her self care. |
Nightwing followed after Raven after nodding at the leaders. He didn't much care for the way they worked but he was used to it. It also helped that his mentor and father was the original member that had brought about them being secretive. As he followed her he took a moment to really think. He reached out to stop her then dropped his hand and instead spoke. "Raven, I need to stay here. I need to wait for Star to wake back up. I think... I think I need to talk with her. Then I'll come back to the tower. I think I'd like to talk to you then. I hope you understand."

Raven stopped in her tracks. Raven turned to look at him, her heart clenched a little in pain. She'd be lying if she said she wasn't nervous and terrified at the thought of what he wanted to talk about. " Alright, then I will see you when you return" Raven said. She then left him there, her foots steps echoing down the hallways until she was gone. [[ We can fast forward to the Nightwing/Star talk if'd you like]] |
Dick watched Raven leave but knew he couldn't dweal on her. He turned and walked to Star's room. Through sheer determanation, brute force, and the eerie bat glare he managed to get them to let him in the room and then force everyone out of it. He sat down by her side and waited.

It was shortly after that, that Starfire rejoined the land of the living. She sat up slowly, and cradle her head in her hands. " Ow, my head hurts like [some planet reference]" She mumbled. She looked around the room and spotted Nightwing. " Nightwing?" She questioned. |
Nightwing watched as Star sat up. It made him so happy to see her awake and back to herself. He looked around the room. He knew the room was bugged with visuals and hearing bugs but he had already turned them off and knew that Bruce had done the same outside. So he tugged off his mask and went to sit next to her. "No, it's just Dick." He didn't want to have this conversation as Nightwing, a superhero and a sometimes team mate.

Starfire nodded," Alright" She said softly. She started at him wondering what he wanted. " So...?" She said.

Dick laughed. "You know you really are one amazing girl. You wake up here and you don't have any questions on that... I wanted to talk to you about us. I'm sorry about everything that has happened. I really do care for you but I don't think that is enough. I had ever intention of coming back to you but things have changed. Or I think I see what they always were... I think I love Raven."

" Well, I have a vague idea of what happen. From the look on your face, it doesn't look like you want to talk about that." Starfire said. She was quiet sure that there was something else on his mind he wanted to address, and she knew it best to let him, or he might never say it. She sighed softly," I know. At first, I couldn't see it, but I can see it now, it's as plain as the stars in the sky." Starfire said softly. It of course hurt, but not as much as she thought it would. |
He was glad to see she wasn't taking this hard but he wanted her to understand something. "I still care about you. And you will always be apart of my family. Now do you have any questions about what lead you here? Batman is outside with J'onn but I don't think we're going to have much more time alone."

" I know Dick, I know" She said. She shook her head," I'm sure they can explain I have a feeling, it deals with you and Raven though, doesn't it?" Starfire said. Major parts of it were blank, but she did recall fighting with them, she thought. |
Dick almost sadly pulled back on his mask before replying. "Yes, they will probably explain. Miss Martian was there and managed to save her. I think she will be staying here with you and her uncle for a bit. But yes it deals with me and Raven... and Jericho. He magnified your feelings of hurt."

" Hmm, I see. That's why it seems to unnatural yet natural at the same time. Did they find him?" She asked. She would have to make sure, she didn't go off alone again. It proved to be way to reskless of her to do. |
He shook his head. "No they didn't find him. It seems that there isn't much to find anymore... He doesn't seem to have a body anymore. He has been jumping from body to body ending in yours. We have no idea where he went. All we know is he isn't in anyone up here."

Starfire thought about that. It seemed strange," Well I'm sure you or Raven will figure it out. You two were always good at solving things. " Starfire said. She heard a knock on the door, she figured that they wanted Nightwing to go. |
Nightwing nodded. "I'm sure we will since it seems to keep coming back to us." He turned to the door and walked to it. Before he touched the door he looked at Star and smiled. "Call us when you get out. Elizabeth was worried about you and they won't let her see you." He was using his daughter as an excuse but he knew he would be going by to see Star. He opened the door and stepped out. He nodded at the three facing him but didn't speak to them. Instead he walked to the teleporter and had them send him back to the tower and the most important conversation of his life.

" I'll be sure to do that" She said. She nodded and watched him go. She looked to the other three. " Hello" She said. Raven currently stood in the main room of the tower. She kept pacing back and forth, she had spent some time looking for her notes about the case. Nothing clicked, and she was terribly worried about the talk Nightwing wanted. She was just glad Elizabeth was resting. Jinx looked at Raven and wanted to roll her eyes. " Keep the pacing us, and the going to be a hole in the floor" She said. |
((Should I have them talk to Star or just focus on Nightwing and Raven?))
For some reason he was teleported into his room and not the main room. So he walked to the main room where he guessed the others would be. He saw Raven and smiled. "Uh, Raven could I talk to you." |

Raven turned took look at Dick. She was so relived to see that he had returned. It was clearly written on her face. She nodded," Follow me" She said. She was nervously, she lead him to the room she had built that blocked her powers. She didn't want this to be truly upsetting. |
Dick nodded at the choice of rooms and pulled off his mask as soon as the door was shut. "I told Star I didn't love her... that I never really loved her that way. That there's someone else." He was at a lose of words, an ocassion that was not often with him but seemed to be happening a lot lately.
