Companies are actually now refusing to hire people who are unemployed because we must just be lazy or something.

I think it would be good if somehow I suddenly had the money to start a company and hire all the people I know who are extremely well qualified and still not getting jobs. I know several people with years of experience and masters degrees and all the knowledge in the freaking world, who can't find anything, and it's just plain stupid and not fair.

It does for some people sadly. ...Almost never people who would actually do something like that with it though.
