"What? You mean, attempt a human transmutation?!" Edward asked, his eyes bulging. "No way! We'll just need to find another way to get you guys home."
"Uh, sorry to be a bother, but..." Crow said. "What the heck's a human transmutation? Is it really that bad?" Edward hesitated, then nodded. "Remember what I told you what happened to me and Al when we tried bringing our mother back?" Crow nodded. "There's a reason human transmutation is a taboo. Life is only supposed to flow in one direction, and when Al and I tried violating it..." he trailed off. "Well, trying to recreate what brought you guys here to send you guys back would be too dangerous to try again. For all we know, you all could wind up in a different universe than your own. Or worse, you guys--not to mention any alchemists involved--could all get killed." "That's enough." Izumi snapped, standing in the doorway to the kitchen. "I will NOT allow that kind of talk in this house. Understand? If you want to talk about human transmutation, then get out and discuss it outside." |

Izumi returned to the kitchen and re-emerged with the stew she'd been cooking during their conversation. "Well, now that that's been settled, let's eat." She said.
Crow raised an eyebrow at Yusei. "It's not like you to get intimidated, Yus." He said. "And you'd do well to shut up as well, Crow." Izumi replied, shooting Crow an icy glare. "Yes ma'am!" Crow squeaked. |
Yusei nsnickerd at crow and looked to the ste."it looks great!"

"Then let's dig in!" Edward said, serving himself up some of the stew. At the same time, his stomach growled. Loudly.
Kyle looked at Al. "Is that normal for him?" |
Al sighed."sadly yes"
Yukina ,Yusei and Jack and laughed at that. |
"Shut up! I'm hungry!" Edward replied.
"The same as always." Izumi said, serving herself as well. "What's that supposed to mean?!" |
As soon as he ylled that a wrench came flying at his head."manners edward!",wINREY YELLED AGRELY.

"Wh-when'd you get here?!" Edward asked. Crow was trying--and failing--to hide behind Yusei.
"Who the hell is that psychopath?!" Crow asked. |
Yukina smiled."this is Winrey",she said happily.
Winry smiled."what she said",then glared at Edwad."a while ago!" |
Edward cowered. "Hide me!" He said, hiding behind Kyle.
"Get out from behind me you big baby! I barelly know you!" Kyle replied. "And I'm Kyle Longbow by the way, nice to meet you, Winry. The orange-haired idiot cowering behind Yusei is Crow Hogan." "I'm not cowering!" Crow protested. "Then why are you crouched behind Yusei's chair?" |
Winrey smiled."nice to meet you both,i was out running some arrons while we waited for you guys",she said calmly.

Edward sighed. "It's official; my best friend is a psychopath." He said.
Kyle sweatdropped. "Oh, crap. I just realized something." "What's that?" Crow (who'd finally emerged from behind Yusei) and Edward both asked in unison. "We don't have a place to stay while we're here. I know we stayed with Mr. and Mrs. Curtis while Yukina and Yusei were at the clinic, but now that all of us are out..." "Don't worry about it." Izumi replied. "You all can bunk with us." |
Yukina looked to her."are you sure?",she asked worried.
Yusei nodded."yeah im sure we can ind somewhere else to stay...." Jack nodded."yes no need to cause you trouble" |
"We have plenty of room." Izumi replied. "There's a couple of unused rooms upstairs. And besides, after dealing with Ed and Al, you kids shouldn't be too bad."
"Then you've never seen Crow and Jack go at it." Kyle said under her breath. |
Jack smiled."thank you very much"
Yukina nodded."yes its greatly apresheated" |
"No problem." Izumi replied. "I would just like the lot of you to behave while you're here." At this comment she glared at Ed, Al, and Winry.

"Good." Izumi replied. The rest of the meal was quiet, and when it was over Edward immediately started bothering Kyle about helping him build a deck.
"Come on! Please?" He begged. "Ed, it's getting late and we've all been through a lot in these past few days. Hell, I'm still in shock." Kyle replied. She shook her head. "Call me crazy, but I still think this is some weird dream." |

Yukina felt a little hert that they thought that this world wasnt real,but icnored it."yeah ... its real....",she muttered.
