Kyle nodded. "I'll get her back to the Curtises on my motorcycle. Ed, you ride with Jack." she said.
"All right," Edward replied. *** "Please, Yusei, you don't have to yell." Kalin said from not far off, walking towards Yusei. "I'm right here. What did you say your were returning to me? I don't recall having lost anything." He had his hands behind his back, but the bandages on his arm were peeking out from behind his back. |
"no something you gave to a friend years ago",he said tossing the pendent to him."you never got her name,but you wouldnt guess who that girl was"Yusei said calmly.

"Then enlighten me, if you know who this 'friend' was." Kalin replied.
*** Kyle nodded, making sure Yukina was safely on her Runner before speeding off again in the direction of the clinic. |
Yusei growled lowly."Yukina",he said calmly as possible."your monster took a human shape and dueled her,she lost , as you can guess she lost her sole",he said stareing at him."when I got there i saw this and recognized it",he said stareing at him."maybe she knew who you were ,I dont know , but she is- was - still bent on helping you ,getting the old you back",he said as he headed for his bike.

Kalin watched Yusei retreat as he headed back to his Runner before looking down at the pendant in his hand. Hah. Why the hell would I go back to being that worthless fool? He thought.
*** Crow pulled up as the exchange came to an end. "What heck was that about?" He asked. *** Edward shrugged. "Dunno. We could either go after Yusei like Crow did, or head back to Dublith." He replied. He looked up at the other man (curse his height!). "Hey, back in Rush Valley, Winry said you'd had amnesia. Is your memory all right?" |
Yusei looked to him."Yukina thinks the old Kallin is still in there,I want to belive that to ,if he is in there,hes the only one who can free her sole"
------ Jack nodded."yes,I do have most of them back,some things ae fuzy,buut most are back",he said starting up his bike."lets see if Yusei,or Crow got into any sort of trouble,well probably meet them along the way,or somthing" |
"I want to believe it too, trust me." Crow replied. "He's the only one who can free her soul, huh? Any ideas on how to get him to do that?"
*** Edward nodded. "Sounds good to me," He replied, getting on behind Jack. Needless to say, he was a bit on the nervous side considering how the strang motorcycle had only one wheel. |
"so far,just giveing him the pendent he had made her as a sighn of friendship is a start",Yusei said calmly.
Jack smierked."hold on",he said and took off. |
Crow nodded. "I hope you're right," He said.
*** Edward, still nervous about being on a one-wheeled motorcycle, squealed and gripped Jack's waist tightly....maybe a little too tight. |
Jack seemed to growl."OI Lay off the grip!",he said unconfertably.

Kalin looked from the retreated forms of his former 'friends' to see what the Leviathin had. He grinned. "Excellent," He said. He took the card. "With this, I'll be able to get rid of Yusei and his friends, and take out anyone else who gets in my way."
*** Crow glared back at Kalin before taking off on his own Runner. Geez, Kalin. What the heck happened to you to make you this...psycho? He thought. *** "Sorry," Edward said. "I'm just a little nervous being on a motorcycle that's a one-wheeled-wonder." |

Kalin smiled. "Come. Change into your human form." He said. "I know the perfect way to try this out."
"We're going to Central." *** Ed admitted (even though he didn't like it) that Jack was probably right. However, when he mentioned the speed, he noticed for the first time that this odd motorcycle was faster than any other vehicle he'd been on. "Hey, how fast does this thing go?" He asked. |
Jack smirked."how fast do you want it to go?",he asked calmly.

Edward was caught off-guard by Jack's answer. He then grinned. "As fast as you can make this baby go," He said.

Jack laughed."you asked fo it",he said takeing off at top speed.

"YEEEEEEEAAAAAAAUUUUUUGGGGGGHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!" Edward screamed as Jack accelerated. To Edward, it seemed like Jack was enjoying it. Edward however, was hanging on for dear life. He chanced a glimpse at the spedometor, and saw that Jack was accelerating over 200 MPH, and getting faster. "Y-y-y-y-y-y-y-y-y-y-y-you're going over 200!!!!" he stuttered.

"you want me to slow down?",he called back to Edward,unable to here him.

"NOT THAT! I SAID YOU'RE GOING OVER 200 MILES AN HOUR!!!!!!!" Ed shouted in reply, still hanging on for dear life. Jack seemed to know what he was doing, but Edward still had a fear of geting flug off at some insane speed.

Jack laughed as he continued looking up ahraed he saw Yusei and Crow."etter slow down",he said carefully coming to a stop.

Edward was relieved that Jack had finally slowed down. He was mildly surprised to find that he hadn't wet himself from terror, but his face was still white as a sheet and he still had a vice grip on Jack's waist.

Yusei slowl stopped his bike and stared at Edward."I am not going to ask"

"Are we stopped?" Ed asked feebly.
"What happened to him? He looks like he's about to throw up." Crow said as he stopped next to Yusei. |
"he asked me to go as fast as i can",Jack replied.
Yusei smiled some."that explains it" |
