Crow flipped up his face-down card. "Negate attack. My Blackwing stays on the field and your battle phase ends." He said. Edward scowled. "I end." He said. *** Tira placed a comforting hand on Yusei's shoulder. "We'll get her back, I promise." She said. "But this leviathin thing...it's like me, I believe. It has enough time that it doesn't mind if it has to wait a day or a millennium to get what it wants." |

"I hope that's not because you like seeing them get clobbered." Kyle said as Crow began his turn.

"Thanks to his effect, I can special summon Blackwing-Bora the Spear from my hand." Crow said. "I'll tune him with Blackwing-Blizzard the Far North to summon Blackwing-Armor Master!" "What?!" Edward asked. "You've got one of those too?!" Crow nodded. "And now I'll have him attack your Abare Ushioni." Edward grumbled as he placed the card inthe graveyard pile. "You done?" He asked. "Yeah, I end." Crow replied. *** Tira frowned. "What do you mean by that?" She asked. |

"I see." Tira replied. "Either way, I'll be off duty 1600. One way or another, we'll beat them to Yukina."

Tira nodded. She wrote something down on a notepad and handed it to Yusei. "That's directions to Central City research library. Meet me outside it. With any luck, the train will have arrived by then and I'll have Ed and the others with me." She also handed him a wallet with a bank note in it. "And you might want to think about changing your wardrobe. You're far too easy to pick out in that outfit you've got on now." She said.
She paid and headed for the door. "Remember, 4:00 pm at the research library. I'll be there, I can guarentee you that." With that, she left. |
Yusei nodded and looked at the time and sighed."mightas well shop while i wate",starts to walk andgrowls alittle. well find you Yukina ,and get your sole back ... weather Kalin willgive it back or not! he thought angrely.

Tira headed back to her office. She checked her watch. Not much longer before I go back on duty. She thought. Ed's train had better be on time.
*** As time wore on, Crow and Edward went up against each other in four additional duels, Edward getting clobbered every time. In each duel, Crow and Kyle gave him pointers, and Rua would start teasing. Once they got bored dueling, Ed gave Kyle a few pointers on alchemy. "About what time are we supposed to get to Central?" Rua asked. "Sometime around four in the afternoon, considering the time we left Dublith." Edward replied. He checked the time. "Agh. It's still another three hours....." |
Jack sighed."with this alchamy,youed think you would do something tomake the trains faster"

"Tell me about it..." Edward replied. "But, apparently transportation isn't on the top of the list for most people when it comes to alchemy." With that he stretched out across the seat he was in. He yawned. "I'm going to take a nap. Let me know when we get there."
Within minutes he was snoring. |
Jack sighed. "mee too",he sid closeing his eyes and takes a nap himself.

'Just...never mind.' Kalin replied. 'That Leviathin thing...it's up to something.'

'I told you so didnt I? I know what hes up to.....'

'Then tell me what it's up to already!' Kalin replied. He was now torn; something in him was telling him that the choices he had made, what he had become, were wrong. Seeing Yukina again...it made something inside him yell out to start using his head like he used to.

' hes at sometemple,just outsieof town ....he foundout how you,and the others were brought to this world,so hes atempting to sacrifise my body,and sole to the transmutation circle to open the portal and get back to our world .... but hes failing becasue partof my sole is attached to the pendent,heh its the only reason it hasnt worked yet ....
