"Thank you!" Kyle said. "Now will you two shut the hell up!?" "He called me short!" Edward snapped in reply. "Because you are you little--OUCH!!!" Kyle cut Crow off with a kick to his shin. |
Yukina set the food down and gave Kalin his sandwich an getting some food herself, she headed out of the room.

"You guys need some help?" Kalin asked after he took a bite.
"Yeah. Bash Shorty's face in." Crow growled, still glaring at Ed. "Keep calling me that and I'll transmute your head into a watermelon, Orangie. Hell, it might even be an improvement!" Edward retorted. "You--Kyle, lemme go!" Crow replied. Kalin turned to Yusei. "How'd this start?" |
Yusei looked to him." I won a dule he went against Crow, then they started argueing"

"And I take it their duel never got resolved?" Kalin asked, noticing the table still had their decks set up on it.

Yusei sighed nodding.

Kalin groaned. "These two are going to be a handful." He said.

Yusei nodded." got that right "

At that moment Tira knocked on the door. "Mind if I enter the battle zone?" She asked.

Yusei smiled" if you dare", he said with a gin.

Tira flashed a small smile and entered. She whistled loudly at Ed and Crow. "Oi! You two! Cut the shit or you're both out the window." She barked.
"I doubt that." Crow said, seeing Tira's build. Tira flashed one of her canines, just for barely an instant. "Try me." She replied. Crow blinked. "Uh..." He said, clearly calmed down. "What're you doing here, General?" Kyle asked when Ed and Crow plopped themselves on opposite sides of the room. "Checking on Ed and Yusei. I hear Ed's made a call to get that leg of yours replaced," Tira replied. "And don't call me General. Tira will do fine." |
Yusei nodded."yeah,ill have it by tomorow",he said happily.

"Great," Tira said. "I'm assuming he called up Winry, too." She patted her own shoulder. "Trust me; Rockbell work holds up. I should know. And Ed."
"Yeah; they're also deadly with wrenches." Edward replied. Tira laughed. "You only say that because you keep on pissing off Winry!" She replied. She turned her attention back to Yusei. "But trust me, Yusei. Once you get used to the weight, you won't notice it's there. Believe me when I say I sometimes forget that my arm and foot are both auto-mail." |

Tira smiled back. Then she turned to Kalin. "And what exactly are you doing here?" She asked.

Jack smiled to her."everythings good now,Kalin found out that Yusei,and us , have been telling the truth the entire time...."
Yusie nodded."yeah thanks to Yukina",he then blinked looking around."where did she run off too now?" |
"I think she went to get something for herself to eat," Kalin replied.
"So, I take it you're on our side now?" Tira asked. Kalin nodded. "I see. That isn't the only reason I came here, though." She pulled a newspaper out of an inner pocket of the black coat she was wearing over her uniform. "Take a look at the front page. I believe you might recognize who and what's in the photograph." She handed the newspaper to Yusei. The page in question had a picture of a dragon which seemed to be made of rose petals, and a woman standing in front of it, seething. |
Yuseis face brightened."Aki! where was this taken?",he asked looking up.

"East City, it says so in the article." Tira replied. "I thought you might recognize her."
"So now we know where Aki is," Crow said, looking over to the picture. "And she looks pissed." |
Yusie looked up."we have to go get her!"
Jack sighed."Yusei you are in no shape todo so" |
"He's right, you know." Tira added. "And it'll take several days--a week, probably--for you to be able to go far with your new leg." She pointed to the vacant space below his knee. "And I'm assuming that you're going to be having the surgery done for the port, right?"
"Port?" Crow asked. "It'll be easiest to show you," Edward said. He pulled his arm out of the sleeve of the hospital shirt he had on. "You see my shoulder? That's the port. You can't just attach auto-mail right away; you have to undergo surgery so that the docking port can be installed on your body, that way there'll be a way for the nerves from your body to link to the artificial nerves of the automail." "And while you can be put under for the surgery, you can't for the nerve attachement." Tira added. "That's the only sure-fire way they can tell if the nerves are connected properly. Unfortunately, it also happens to hurt a lot when the nerves are attached. It doesn't last very long though." |
Yusei sighed."just great",he sid loking nervous.

Tira placed a hand on his shoulder. "We'll go get her," she replied. "You just need to recover, and not be rash."
