The dragon let out a roar and snarled at Dustan smoke rising from his nostrils before he blew fire at Dustan not caring if he burnt the girl now or not... she was bound to be half dead by now anyway so he didn't care at all.

Dustan growled and dug his claws into the dragon more as his fire burned him. He dind' tcare though, he had to get Gesei, he had to protect her. Slowly he made his way to the belly and when he there he dug in. He ripped the belly to pieces and then when he had a whole big enough eh started to climb in. He tore anything he got his hands on and when he finally got to the stomach he tore into it more. By that time he was covered in blood and looked mad. But he had to get gesei, that was the only thing. He looked for her everywhere in the stomach and soon found her. He quickly wrapped his arms around her and held her close to him, making sure that she wouldn't get hurt anymore. He then started to make his way up threw the throut, he would burst threw the head and kill the dragon that way.

The dragon roared in pain and flailed a bit though knew rather Dustan killed him or not he would die from the wonder that had been tore from his stomach and the acid that ate away at it more. The dragon then started caughing and choking when he felt Dustan climbing up his throat and decided to give one more shot at killing the two and started to try and blow fire which would come up behind Dustan and burn him more... though it also would kinda get rid or some of the blood on him for it would evaporate so he wasn't so much covered in blood as he had been.

While this all was going on Gesei was out cold and barely breathing at all in Dustan's arms. Her body was starting to get cold though it was hard to tell since the dragon's fire was keeping her body from feeling anything less then hot. It was clear that she would need medical attention right away and also that she was probably poisoned from both the dragons blood and saliva since both had intered her open wounds that bled out quite a bit now.

Dustan could feel the life draining from Gesei with each step that he took. He had to find her someone to help her quickly but he also had to get out of here before they where burned. He soon could tell he had ot break out of there and ripped into the skin that was above him. He dug up till he broke the surface and climed out. He held Gesei close to him and then glared at the dragon one more time, "die in hell!" he said and then jumped down from the dragon and landed on the ground with a thud. He had to think quickly about who he could trust to care for Gesei and could only think of one person. Evelyn. She owuld help even if the other villagers hated them and he knew he had to get her to help. SO he held Gesei close and bolted for the village, he had to get gesei help before she died.

In the village Kazu and Evelyn had found out about what happened and Kazu had the male that was responsible for what might just be the death of the two killed and the ones that had attacked Dustan on the way to save Gesei were put in jail. "Do you think that they will be okay?... I hope he doesn't see it as the whole villages fault..." Kazu asked Evelyn softly as they walked the streets to make sure everyone was in their houses just in case Dustan came back there so that he wouldn't think that anyone would attack him.

Dustan soon growled when he saw the village but continued to run towards it. When he got to the edge he let out a roar to make it clear he wasn't here for a friendly visit. He then called, "evelyn! I need you now!" he then looked down at Gesei and gently stroked her head. She had to be okay, if she didn't he would probably die inside and become a monster.

Kazu and Evelyn both looked up when they heard Dustan and ran to the edge of the village they had heard him yell from. "Ow my" Evelyn said as she saw the two and saw how bad Gesei looked. "Hurry into my house I can take care of her though we need to hurry.... she looks like she's poisoned." she said quickly and Kazu went to get the door to the house and then to get some supplies ready for taking care of the young girl.

Dustan nodded and followed Evelyn to her house. When he saw Kazu he growled deeply but headed inside and gently placed her on the bed. He then looked at Evelyn, "please help her, I am going to stand watch outside." he said and headed towards the door. He was going to make sure that no one got into the house or close to it.

Kazu was very worried when Dustan growled at him... he thought that it was the full villages fault of Kazu's fault and that scared the man a bit. After awhile of the two working quickly Kazu finally came close to the door and knocked on the wall slightly to let Dustan know he was there before speaking. "Evelyn is almost done... she said that Gesei should be okay though she needs to be watched carefully for awhile and that she needs to take medicine for she had been poisoned greatly." he said softly as he looked at Dustan and hoped that he didn't blame the whole village for this... it wasn't all of their faults it was just that group and their want for the girls and Dustan's deaths.

Dustan growled when he heard foot steps coming closer to him but when he heard the taps he stopped. He listened to Kasu intensly and then nodded. "fine, she is going to stay here and rest but if any villager gets in a block of this house they are all dead and if you harm her in any way you will lose your hands, then your legs then your nose and ears and only then will I kill you. DO I make myself clear." he growled at him and you could tell the nice Dustan was gone. He wasn't in the mood for anything or anyone.

"I understand... don't worry about the ones that hurt her... the one that was mostly responsible was put to death and the others are in jail and will never see the outside world again... I apologize so very much for this and I understand your anger but please, do not take this out on the whole village... the ones responsible are being punished or have already been punished and the rest are fearing that you might hurt or kill them for what the others have done." Kazu said quietly hoping that Dustan wouldn't take offence to his words and would understand what was going on.

Dustan listened to him and smirked, "you say not to take it out on the villagers and yet they have taken a toll on me. I wnderful sometimes why I even protected your village for so long. Your all just savages and when someone odd comes along you hurt them so that you can feel better about yourselves. I wonder who the monster is half the time." he said and then looked at him, "but fine, I will not harm them for I am not coming back. Once gesei recovers I am takeing her away from here and if some of the villagers follow me I will kill them." he said

Kazu listened and nodded to what Dustan said then looked to see Evelyn motioning for him to let Dustan come in. "Evelyn says that you can come in now to see Gesei if you like." he smiled slightly and wondered slightly if he was going to turn human or if he was going to stay like that... or if he wanted to get cleaned up a bit since he did still have ALLOT of blood on him.

Dustan nodded and then took a deep breath. As he let the air our his body shrank back to his human form. Quickly he ran inside and had completely forgotten he was covered in blood. He quickly went to gesei saide and gently took her hand into his. He held it gently and knew he would protect her better.

"Dustan? Are you hurt at all? Ow and would you like some new clothes? I'm sure I have some that fit you." Evelyn said softly as she walked back into the room and smiled softly and kindly to Dustan as she saw him by Gesei's side... though she was scared, she didn't think the girl would wake up for a long time though she didn't know how long to be exact.

Dustan had managed to calm down enough and nodded, "new clothing sounds good but I am not sure if I am hurt. I didn't really register any pain." he said softly and looked at Evelyn for a second. He then gently kissed gesei's hand, "please wake up soon." he said to her softly and hoped to see her open her eyes.

"Okay... well if you start feeling funny please tell me... she was poisoned heavily and I'm not sure if it's completely out of her or not so just tell me okay? I don't want to see either of you hurt." Evelyn said softly before nodding and going off into another room where her daughter was laying on one of the beds asleep. She came back in a moment later with some clothes that looked light they should fit. "Here you go... and I'll wash and fix those if you like." she said softly with a smile and glanced back at her daughter slightly then back to Dustan and smiled again slightly.

Dustan smiled at evelynand took the clothig gently, "thank you, and don't worry I will tell you." he said as he looked at her and then saw her daigter. "so what is her ilness? I thought that by now she would be okay." he said and looked at her daughter worried. She looked to be just as bad as gesei

"I am not sure... it seems to progressively get worse... sometimes it'll get better though mostly it gets worse... she hasn't woken in the last two days so I'm hoping she's okay... I take care of her as best I can though she's been like this for most of her life... though never really this bad... she's actually just a little younger then Gesei is believe it or not." Evelyn said softly as she looked in at her daughter and hoped that she would get better though she didn't know how to help her very well.

Dustan nodded as he listened to her, "would you mind if I take a look at her? I may not be a madicine man but I know a few things about odd illness. I have to since I usually have to be ready for anything." he said and looked at evelyns daughter. He could smell the sickness on her and it had a familiarsent to it.

"Ow... um sure go ahead though you might want to get changed and cleaned up first... she's easily scared and she might wake up so it might be for the best if we don't take any chances on scaring her... she's a little scared of the sight of blood." Evelyn said softly as she looked at her daughter then back to Dustan. "Thank you" she said softly and hoped that he knew what was wrong with her daughter... she was the best healer around and she didn't know.

Dustan nodded and was surprised by the thank you. HE just smiled at her and then headed into the bathroom to get cleaned up. He soon came out looking brand new and set his dirt clothes down. "dont bother with my clothing, they are destroyed." he said and then walked over to Evelyns daughter. He could smell the sickness and he knew what it was right away, it was the sickness that took both of his parents. It was something that most people coudlnt survive and he was surprised that she had survived this long. He then looked at Evelyn, "I know what it is and I might know what will help but it could kill her." he said softly since when he tried giving the cure to his parents they had died.

Evelyn smiled slightly though it then slowly faded as she heard him. "W-what might help her? I know she's been in pain for many many years... since she was ten I think is when she started getting sick though it didn't started getting really bad until she was 15...." she said softly as she looked at her daughter and hoped that Dustan knew how to help her... and if it killed her then it might be better then letting her suffer.

Dustan looked at her, "what she needs is the venom of a snake but a very rare snake. If we give her the venom it will burn away the illness but if she can't fight off then poision of the venom she will die." he said as he looked at Evelyn. "I know where the snake is and everythig. The only question is if you want to do this to her." he said and then looked at the girl. Hopefully she wouldn't end up with his parents.

"What if we try to get an antidote for the venom first? then after it has worked on the illness we could give her the antidote and hopefully that will save her from the venom." Evelyn asked though really was willing to do anything to heal her daughter... and if she died then so be it... it might be better for her that way. "Though... we might also want to ask her... see I can wake her up though I try not to since I know that her body is just trying to heal itself even though it can not." she said softly as she looked at the girl then over to Gesei and hoped that they would both be okay.
