Gesei screamed when she was tackled and the man started to beat her. She stabbed him hard in the arm trying to get him to stop though he only through the knife away from them and continued to beat her. She kicked him and tried to hit him though it didn't seem anything was working. When the man hit her stomach a few times she had coughed and felt that something was wrong more then just the pain and could feel another type of pain that seemed worse and seemed deeper.

Dustan heard her scream and jumped to his feet. He had already taken care of te others and when he saw that she was being beaten he growled and tackled he man away from her. He dug his teeth into the man and didn't let go till he stopped moving. He then let go and took Gesei into his Arms and held her close to him. "are you okay?" he asked her softly as he held her close to him and kissed her head.

Gesie cried and curled up a bit in Dustan’s lap holding her stomach and ribs. “No… no… I’m hurting… really… really bad.” She cried and leaned into him more clinging to him a bit. She didn't know what this pain was... too deep to just be from the blows dealt to her though she couldn't think about it too much... she was hurting too much to.

Dustan held her close to him and kisses her headgently. "don't worry everything is fine, your safe now." he whispered to her softly and kissed her head again. "you just need to rest, if anything else happens I will get Evelyn." he said as he carried her to the bedroom and gently layed her down.

(What happened to waiting a week or two? I thought at first they would just think it was because of her getting beaten then later(a week or so) they finally call for her? I thought that's what we agreed on?)

Gesei nodded and didn't let go as he was going to lay her down. "Lay with me?" she asked softly not letting go yet... she wasn't feeling good at all... she wanted to have her husband close to her.

(I think we might as well say their already married if we haven't yet XP that makes things ALLOT easier XD )

Dustan smiled when he heard her and layed down next to her. "okay, I will stay by your side." he said to her softly and wrapped his arms around her. He kissed her head and gently stroked her head. "if you dont get better soon I will get Evelyn." he said to her softly and knew that he would make sure his wife was okay.

Gesei smiled softly and nodded as she kissed him softly on the lips before curling some to his side and was soon asleep... even though she wasn't really tired she was hurting and that was making her body want to sleep.

After about five days had passed and Gesei was just seeming to get worse after getting a bit better she knew Dustan would try to get Evelyn. She knew the woman would help her... help them... though she also had a feeling that she would bring Diea... hopefully she stayed outside the room and away from Gesei.

Dustan sighed as he sat down next to Gesei and watched her. She had only gotten worse and he was starting to get very worried about her. So he kissed her head and whispered, "be right back." he then headed out of there and wrote a quick note to Evelyn. Hopefully she would come for Gesei. He then called a bird over to him and got the bird to take the note to evelyn. He knew that hte bird would get it to her since he had done this before with people from other villages.

It took about two days for a message to be sent back and it explained that Evelyn would be there the next day and also told that Diea would be coming along just as Gesei had thought. Finally the day came that Evelyn arived it seemed that Diea was skittish and didn't want to leave her mothers side in the least. "Dustan... It's Evelyn." Evelyn announced knowing that he was very defensive now she she just wanted to make sure that he knew it was her before she came in.... and she would wait for him to either come and get her or for him to call to her to come in.

Dustan was next to Gesei and gently stroked her head. When he heard Evelyn he sighed with reliefe and kissed Gesei gently, "help has come, dear." he said to her softly. he then ran outside and saw Evely and Diea. He could tell that Diea was a little skittish and wondered if she hated him. "thank you for coming." he said and waited for them to come inside.

Evelyn smiled and nodded though Diea shivered when she saw Dustan and moved behind her mother remembering what he had done to her over a month ago. She wasn't mad at him... neither of them were though she was scared of him... very, very scared of him. "Where is she? In your room?" Evelyn asked softly and offered Dustan a smile showing him that she still liked him and thought that he was the best for the girl she had come to think of as a second daughter.

Dustan nodded as he looked at Evely and lead her inside. He saw Diea and could smell the fear off of her. "Diea I am so sorry." he said softly and conitnued to lead them inside to where gesie was. "yes, she hadn't moved from there in a week. She got hurt about five days ago when some people came to kill us. Now I am really worried." he said and once he got there he smiled when he saw Gesei. He sat down next to her and gently kissed her cheek before he stroked her head.

(It had been a week since she took 2 days to finally get there)

Gesei looked at Dustan and smiled then to Evelyn who nodded some. Her eyes then landed on Diea and she had mixed feelings about the girl now... was she to forgive her for what she had done to her and the trauma she had put her though? she didn't think she should... even though with that trauma came Dustan's prepossle... though he would have soon anyways.

Evelyn came over and checked the simple things then pressed to Gesei's sides where she had gotten his though she didn't even move to that so she pressed on her stomach a bit and sighed softly. "Dustan? Can I get you to leave for a moment? Diea you too." she said softly and Gesei looked at her curiously though trusted her and wouldn't mind if Dustan left... and she knew Diea wouldn't try anything anyway after what happened last time.

Dustan nodded when he heard her and kissed Gesei gently, "be right back." he whispered to her softly and then headed out of there with Diea. As he stood out there with her he wasn't sure what to do. He knew that Diea feared him and he knew it was all his falt. "Diea I am so sorry for hurting you." he said as he looked at her and hoped that myabe she could forgive him.

"N-no you're not... you were mad at me... you meant to hurt me" Diea whispered quietly not staying close to him... she was acting like how Gesei did about the village... except Diea was worse.

(We're not gonna do anything with Evelyn and Gesei unless you want to... she's just gonna come out and pull Dustan in there to tell them that Gesei was pregnant... well she already explains to Gesei and tells her though she then tells Dustan...)

Dustan looked at her and then looked at hte ground, "I am truely sorry, I was blinded by rage and anger. I am truely sorry." he said to her softly and then looked at her, "I would never hurt you again, I promise." he said as he looked at her.

Diea was unsure though slowly nodded though still stayed at a distance... her body was still scared... she, was still scared of him hurting her though she would trust him for now.

Slowly Evelyn came to the door and opened it looking out at the two and smiled slightly. "You guys can come in now... I have some news for you." she said softly as she opened the door then went back and laid her hand softly on Gesei's stomach and felt her ribs slightly though Gesei didn't flinch or anything.

Dustan smiled when he saw diea nod and hoped with time the fear would go away. When he heard Evelyn he headed I side quickly and sat down next to gesei and took her hand gently. "so what is the news? Is gesei going to be okay?" he asked as he looked at Evelyn and then gently kissed gesei's hand and then cheek. He hoped that she was and that there was somethig that Evelyn could do for her.

"Well... actually there's nothing really wrong nor had there been... She's just... she's pregnant." Evelyn said softly with a bit of a smiled and Gesei looked at her incredulously. Evelyn then smiled a little. "Though she did have a bit of internal bruising and bleeding from the abuse that her body endured... really it's so early on that the child might not have even been effected by it.

Dustans mouth nearly dropped open when he heard her and then looked at gesei. She was pregnant?! That ment that he was going to be a father and gesei was going to bare his child. He then smiled and pulled gesei into his arms and held her close, "I can't believe it..." he said softly and then kissed gesei"s head. "this is amazing news." he said as he looked at evely and held gesei close to him.

"I thought you would have that reaction... now the question is, do you want me to stay here or do you want me stop in once a month until the last month she's pregnant then I stay for awhile after the child is born?" Evelyn asked and Diea smiled slightly happy for the two and she truly was happy... she wasn't faking she was very happy that they could be together and that they could make each other happy.
