A genuine smile spread across Zalia's face and she straightened up from leaning on her staff. "Good good! I am glad to hear it now let's head over to the training tent where I have everyone waiting there." She was about to tell Chenol when she heard Rythen shout. Spinning around she looked to the direction of his shout. "Chen, Az take them to the training tent." She said before taking off through the trees. As she ran she dodged branches gracefully, she was completely at home with nature so it made her run easier.

Casimir hadn't expected an aerial attack .He tumbled from the tree,silently cursing at his stupidity.His arms where bleeding profusely from the blindly thrown daggers as he crouched low leaning as close to the tree trunk as possible.Bow caught in branches and quiver lost in the same way,he was left with his own daggers.Caz chanced a glance past his cover to try and get a glimpse of his prey.It was a pegasus,the same from before.Adrenaline rushed trough his veins,his heart was pumping furiously and a gleam of excitement appeared in the young man's brown eyes as he pulled out his well used daggers.
Quickly Melony did her best at taking the young woman into the tent.It was hard doing so without causing her pain,but she did her best."Sorry!So sorry!My name's Melony,what's yours?What a strange way to meet!"Melony always babbled when she was nervous about something,unless she was distracted by something else.She stopped when she noticed the few others who where there and backed away so as to make sure they knew she was no threat.Actually,she decided to pullout her collapsible rapier from it's purse like sheath to place it on the ground where everyone could see it. |
Rae looked at Roe for a moment. "Go with them. Guard the tent." She turned and ran after Zalia. Maybe she would know the Hunter. She pulled out two guns and kept them ready. She caught up to Zalia quickly."Looks like me new job started sooner then we thought."
---------- Rythen stayed on the Pegasus and readied more daggers to throw. If he had hit the person he or she should already be asleep. Ahanna's poison alwasy worked so well but he wasn't going to take any chances since there were a few that had a resistance against it. |
Zalia looked to Rae when she ran up to her side. "Yes I guess you are starting tonight!" Looking up she spotted Rythen on Dusk. "This way!" She lead Rae off to the right and soon they came up on the other hunter. Coming to a stop she crept forward silently. Taking in the scene she could see that Rythen had managed to hit the hunter with his blades. She brought up her staff and pointed it to the hunter. Making a motion to the left she froze him so he couldn't move. It would only last for a few minutes so they had to act fast. Stepping out she walked over to him. "Rythen come down! I weaved a spell, he'll be frozen in place for a few minutes."

Casimir felt a sudden wave of sleepiness course trough him.Those darned daggers must have had some kind of poison ....He fought it off,just like he'd been taught to,trained to be able to do.He managed to stay awake though he was drowsy,at least he could still fight.Just when he was about to make his move something else hit him.Only an angry groan escaped Casimir before he felt himself freeze in place,kneeling on the ground.

Dusk swooped down when he heard the order from Zalia. Rythen hopped off. "He shot Mellie. There was someone with her. Their inside the tent now. I don't even know if she is alive." His voice cracked and he looked at the man. "I hit him with at least one dagger. They are coated in a poison that Ahanna made. It causes instant sleep. It looks like he is able to fight it but it will still slow him down even without your spell." He turned to look at the person beside Zalia.
"Hey elf boy. I'm working for you guys now so don't slice me up." She turned to look at the hunter. She didn't know him but that didn't mean much. She turned to Zalia and brought up her weapon pointing it at the man. "Would you like me to kill him?" She had a lot of blood on her hands but she had stopped caring long ago. If she was told to she would shoot him through the head without a thought. |
With an extreme effort the moment the spell wore off he threw the daggers he had ready.Casimir aimed for the staff wielding woman and the elf.Muscles groaning in protest the young man tried to get up in order to escape but felt his traitorous limbs give in to the poison. Slowly he fell,catching himself on his hands before his face collided with the ground."You will all suffer for this,mark my words",spat out Casimir before collapsing onto the ground unconscious.They could capture him if they wanted to and he would give them no resistance.

Rythen easily snatched the blade out of the air that was heading for him. Juggling made something like that easy. He looked over to see how Zalia faired but knew she would be fine. While doing this he flipped the new knife in the air. It had a really good balance on it. "Don't call me elf boy woman. My name is Rythen. If you need to you can call me Rye."
Rae started to pull the trigger but saw the elf catch the blade and the man collapse. She could wait for a comand. "I'm sorry Rye," she dragged out his name, "call me Rae." |
((Zalia's slow tonight..lol. I'm waiting for Dre to post before I post as Chenol. Once he does I'll lead them all back to the training tent!))
Expecting more time before the spell wore off Zalia was caught by complete surprise when the hunter threw the daggers. Not having time to block the dagger it sunk into the middle of her left tight. Letting out a gasp of pain and surprise her leg buckled and she fell to her right side. Blood was pouring down her leg at a fast speed. Shaking off the blinding pain she looked at Rythen. "Are you ok?" She had seen that the hunter threw another dagger at him and she was wondering if it had hit him. Then she saw that he had caught it. "Well great! Why am I so slow tonight!" She yelled in frustration and looked down at her leg. |
Rythen couldn't believe it when he saw the blade sink into Zalia's thigh. He walked over to her and knelt next to her. He lifted the blade he had caught and sniffed it. He could sent anything and couldn't see anything on the blade. "I don't think it is poisoned. Hold still." The blades looked to be identical and the one he held was very sharp so that could be for the better. He looked at where it landed carefully. It didn't look like it had cut anything important. "Everyone is slow at times. At least this isn't too bad." Without warning his hand shot out and he pulled the blade out. He quickly put pressure to the wound and fished for a bandage in his bag. He pulled it out and wrapped her leg up. "If you can't heal you need to let Ahanna look at that." He turned to look at the man. "What do we do with him? I personally like Rae's offer."

Opening her mouth to say something Zalia's breath left her with a puff sound when Rythen yanked the blade out and applied pressure to the wound. "Sweet mother!" She got out and lightly smacked his arm. Laughing she watched as he wrapped her leg up. "I guess I deserved that for being slow. If it doesn't heal I'll let her but I think it will be fine." She grabbed her staff and used it to help herself stand up. When she was standing she glanced at the hunter. "You know we don't kill people! Come on now Rythen. Will take him back with us and lock him up. Hopefully we can convince him to join us like Rae did."

Rythen sighed. "Your right Zalia. I was upset. I'm sorry."
Rae slid her gun back into its spot. "Call your pony over here and I'll put him up there. Rye help Zalia." Rae tied his hands and feet then checked him for anymore weapons discarding them in a pile. She waited for the pegasus to walked over to her and she hefted the man over its back. "I don't think that plan will work. He has already hurt two of you. He might have killed one of you. Me and the other two haven't and it will be hard enough for the others to accept us let alone one who has. Ask that other hunter if he knows this one." She started to walk but stopped. "If he breaks out and tries to hurt my sister I will shoot him. I will try aiming for a leg or arm but I will not promise anything. Lead the way. I do not wish to be attacked because I am seen first." |
Reaching her free hand out Zalia put it on Rythen's arm and gave it a squeeze. "It's ok I know how you feel. Heck it's all I can do not to kill him. But we must it's just not who we are not what we are." She patted his arm and looked to Rae. "I understand what you're saying but we will try. And I also understand what you're saying about your sister and it's ok." Sighing heavily she leaned against her staff. "Let's go," she said and slowly turned around, limping as she walked forward. The wound was healing but slowly.

Rythen followed right behind Zalia incase she needed help. He was really worried about Mellie though. He didn't think she would be dead but that didn't stop his mind from racing.
Rae walked beside the pegasus and took the time to look at it. He really was a beautiful animal. She reached up and scratched him behind the ear before dropping her arm. They walked behind the other two. She hoped her sister was ok. ((sorry their so short. And I'm off for the night. If you need to move my characters go ahead.)) |

Surprised at himself for not automatically tensing up when Chenol dared to move closer to him, he found it funny that he was still mostly relaxed. Every now and then he felt a little twitchy due to nerves, not that he let that show really. Another flash of a half smile as he nodded his head in agreement to what the naga had to say about him being from a separate tribe's bloodline. When she asked if he would like to rest, he was about to respond when the commotion began. His eyes went to the spot where the source of the shouting had come from. The residents flying into action in retaliation to a supposed attack that was currently commencing. Mikhail was about to join the fray when Zalia had given the order that they be brought to the training tent. Apparently, she with a few others including Rae had it all under control. He was curious to see if he knew the hunter that they were all currently gunning for. It was strange to be on the opposing side suddenly. "Sounds like we'll be missing the fun. Shall we head for the training tent and see if there is any other way that we can be of help?" He'd like to talk to Chenol more, but now was not the time sadly. |
Chenol listened as Zalia told her and her sister to bring Roe and Mikhail to the training tent. Turning to look at Mikhail he spoke first. "Yes let's go follow me." She turned again and started to walk away slowly so he could catch up and walk with her. "When we get to the tent just stay by me ok?" She didn't know what the others might do. They hated hunters because they were always threatening them.
Walking over to Roe Azra motioned for her to follow her. She walked in front of her sister with Roe by her side. Not really wanting to talk she kept silent and just lead the way. |
Mikhail easily caught up and was walking next Chenol. "Ah, so the others might be a little hostile? I get it, and not that I blame them or anything." There felt as if there was a lot of tension at the moment, probably due to the pending reactions of what the others though of having three hunters walking amongst them all. "Soooo, Chenol. Tell me more about yourself. How often do you perform? I'm guessing that it'll be a little while till Zalia has another show. I was kind of hoping to see it you know. I'm guessing she'll be giving me grunt work for around here huh." He snorted at the thought. He would always be a fighter and would act as an extra capable hand in defending if they needed it. Though he was not sure what other use he would be made for when things had quieted down.

"Maybe or they could accept you three with no questions," she said and shrugged. When they walked for a little bit Chenol bent down and started walking on her hands. "I preform whenever we have a show. Sometimes everyday, other times once a week. It just depends on where we are and how everyone is feeling at the time." She glanced at him and gave him a rare smile. "She's pretty cool and understanding. You could probably do anything here after a little bit. And you'll love it when you finally see all of our acts! But you'll get to see it at all times because we practice a lot." Doing a flip she landed back on her feet and continued walking. Soon they came up to all of the tents. Azra was ahead of her already walking into the training tent with Roe. "Come on," she stayed close to Mikhail as they entered the training tent.
When her sister entered the tent after her Azra ushered Roe over to a bench and sat down by her. She waited to see what the others would say. As she looked around she spotted Mellie bleeding and a hunter by her. "What the hell!" She exclaimed and rushed over to them. As she ran she shifted, one second running on two feet the other second slithering on a tail. Coming to Mellie's side she bared her fangs at the hunter and hissed. Then she noticed the hunter was helping Mellie. "Sssorry. Mellie are you ok?" She looked down at the succubus with her snake eyes. |
Melony looked up from trying to figure out a way to take out the arrow when a graceful woman,turning into a half snake,started running towards her.Then the stranger started hissing menacingly until she realized that Melony was just trying to help."She hasn't said anything since the arrow hit her.Do you have any idea how to take this out?'An awkward smile graced her face as her gray eyes took in the fact that she was talking to a naga.Why where there so many rare supernaturals in that one circus?Melony answered her own question by thinking about how they could protect each other,and cover each other's weaknesses.

Roe silently followed the others and sat down in the tent. She noticed the one on the floor but did not move. Sudden movements could be very bad. Ahanna had followed behind the others as they headed for the practice tent. The shout had come from Rythen so she wasn't worried about him. She would wait for him in the tent. When she walked inside and saw Mellie she turned and ran for her tent. She grabbed her medic bag and quickly ran back. All of this took only moments as her tent wasn't far. She ran to her side. She looked at the human. "I'm can help. Please hold her this will hurt." She looked back at Mellie to look at the wound. It was in her side and the head had gone all the way through. She looked carefully at the area and determinded that it wasn't near anything important. "I need to break the arrow head off then pull the arrow out. I don't think it is that bad. She has just gone into shock. Are you ready?" |
((Ok, sorry if my post isn't so smooth... Trying to fill a two page long gap isn't easy when your character could have done so many xD))
''She went after the twins.'' Cire had answered Rythen when he asked for Ahanna, barely audible a whisper. She knew something was going to happen, her intuition was very clear in pointing that out to her. So she looked around nervously, her ears turning directions multiple times, her feet tapping the floor impatiently, her nose in the air trying to sense smells. She couldn't take it, why inside of a tent? Then she heard it, the crying of the wind when it was shoved aside... No, when it was pierced by the moving arrow, followed by the thump Mellie made when she fell. ''... What...?'' Her eyes widened of shock, and for once life could be seen in them very clearly. She was fast, but there was no way for her to catch an arrow when it was outside, and it's target as well. And jollies, someone else already was next to her body? The woman went outside immediately, nodding as Rythen went after the hunter, watching the new visitor. No one bad, not good either. Well, she knew first aid... Cire let the human girl watch over Mellie, staying in the back herself, preparing for another attack in the shadows... Or at least preparing for if Rythen needed the help. Which once again wasn't needed, he was being helped by Zalia, Ahanna and the twins... And hunters...? Oh lord. What the heck has happened? When the attacked sent his daggers, Cire could hear them, she thought Zalia would catch it... Okay, she was distracted and got hit. Helped by Rythen. The woman waited for the now limping woman to arrive at her side... The fox couldn't wait to discuss all of this with the ring leader as her curiosity and impatience combined wasn't a good mixture. When everyone headed inside, Cire moved out of the shadows walking towards Zalia. ''I guess the old women of the circus really are being slow today... Want me to help you in exchange for a few details about all of this?'' A sad smile played her lips as she extended an arm for Zalia to lean on. Walking with a staff wasn't what it was meant for, friends were meant to lean on when limping. |
When Ahanna came to help Mellie out she knew she was no longer needed. The hunter could help her so she rose up on her tail and slithered over to her sister. Shifting she sat on the bench by Roe again. Pulling her legs up she sat in the lotus position. "There's your sister." She said and pointed to her. Everyone was now in the tent. Seeing Zalia come in limping made her chuckle. "Come on Grandma! Were all getting older over here," she shouted and laughed more.
Hearing Cire's words Zalia burst out in laughter and she grabbed the woman's arm. "I guess we are! That would be lovely." When she heard Azra call out to her she turned to her with a glare. Raising her staff she pointed it at her. An invisible force struck out and hit the snake causing her to fall backwards making Zalia laugh again. "That will teach you!" Azra got up laughing a blew Zalia a kiss. "Let's go sit down Cire. So we have the sister Roe and Rae who are joining us here. They want peace, the council set them to their death so they are done with them. The man over there." She pointed to the one by Chenol. "His name is Mikhail and he has some naga blood in him, he just found that out by the twins.The other man is the one who sent the arrow at out lovely Mellie and hit me with the dagger which I can not believe I didn't catch!" She said all of this quietly so she could tell all the others at once. |
The fox nodded, smiling her canine teeth bare. Sure enough, Zalia was a fun person to be with wounded or not. Cire, in contrary, was dangerously mean when wounded.
When Zalia explained, Cire nodded slowly, ondering how they could leave the place so easily. Apparently they knew for a longer time. ''Mikhail... That's a nice name. And seriously, naga blood? Very extraordinary. The other man still lying unconscious? What are we to do with him?'' She asked, helping Zalia to a chair. She stretched herself, allowing her long tails to go at full length instead of lazily hanging by her side. ''And the human girl with Mellie? Sorry I'm asking so many, right just it's all just so... Unknown!'' She laughed, sitting down herself, taking a breath. |
Ahanna grabbed the arrow and quickly broke it then pulled it out. She lifted Mellie's shirt so she could see the wound better. She quickly put a healing and painkilling salve on the wound and wrapped the wound. As soon as Mellie woke up she would have her drink a tea to fight against infection, help with pain, and boost her healing. She watched as Rythen ran over.
Rythen came into the tent and ran over to Mellie. The same girl was holding her but Ahanna was caring for her. She would be ok. He sat down near her and when Ahanna was done he reached out to hold Mellie's hand. Rae walked into the tent and grapped the hunter by the collar dragging him off the pegasus. He hit the ground roughly but she didn't care. She dragged him over to her sister and the nagas. "I offered to shot him for you guys but I was turned down. I plan on tying him up and if he makes any sudden moves I might kick him a few times."She dropped him on the ground and looked around for rope. |
