I'm currently very pissed and irritated.

I reinstalled The Sims 2 because it's been a while and I have some fond memories of the game back when I played it. But then I found that I can't complete my 'product registration' because the keycode is used already. I used it back when I first installed the game so many years ago, with a different computer. Now, with a new computer, it won't fucking let me use the fucking code again. My Googling has all turned up negative in a way to get past this problem, aside from calling EA games customer service to get them to work their magic from behind the system. Fuck it if I'm calling long-distance for a game I've already paid for.

EA Games, you are a fucking asshole of a company and suck. Do you think that people never fucking change their computers after a few years because computers cannot last forever?

lmao. I did a little a digging and found that a LOT of people are not happy with EA Games at all. Seems that they are a very sucky company and to prevent people from complaining, they simply don't let give you any way to contact them. [roll]

I managed to find a customer service number which I plan on calling with later, though from the sheer amount of negative comments left on that website about how shitty their customer service is, I'm not keeping my hopes up.

...Kind of wonder why their company hasn't gone bankrupt yet with how lame their attitude with dealing with their customers are.

Not gone bankrupt because they make those sports games lots of people like. And they buy out some other companies, good ones. Like they bought BioWare and people were worried it would ruin Mass Effect 3, and they kind of did. [sweat] They push for games to go out too quickly and are more concerned with profit than quality.

Dawnguard's the first expansion they released I think, heard there's another one coming up. :) I want to play Dawnguard because of the vampire lords available in it. * w*

I didn't know you could change the language settings on Steam. o.O; I'm so used to it in English playing it in another language would be weird for me. xDD

For some games! The Steam application is in Japanese, but unless the game supports speaking, they won't. [lol] I downloaded one game to try, but it never launched. D:
