No, no. She's my nana's friend/neighbor. She came over to the house and was drunk and complaining and whining to my nana, and I was just at the table using my laptop and sketching. Announcement:

My laptop is officially dead. Well, near-death. Sometimes it turns on properly, sometimes it doesn't. But most of the time it's the latter.

Repair fees will cost roughly USD$160, so I'm not going to bother.

That means I'll probably have little to no access to a computer or Internet for the next two months or so. With luck, the laptop my dad's mailing to me right now will arrive tomorrow and might grant me some Internet access. (really hoping it'll work, as I still have reports to type that requires looking up information on the Internet)

Currently my laptop is miraculously working, I'm wondering if the trip to the repair center shocked it into working or something. O_o;;

No guarantees it'll continue working after I shut it off tonight though, so yeah...>_>; I was in a backuping-frenzy earlier. I think I got most of the important files saved.

Best make a backup before it implodes unexpectedly one day, like mine. :gonk: So far it's been saveable, but now that it's been dying on me regularly, I'm starting to worry. So...backups. :XD;;;
