Hey there, Dia. :B

*licks face too* ...Hm, not bad. *draws circles on Iku's face with pudding* :P |
-holds tongue out-.... What is this, cinnamon?!
Gah! -draws squiggles on Dan-san's face- Nyeeh~ o Ao I've never cleaned out a fish before... Scaled sometimes, but not cleaned out their insides. :gonk: What kind of flesh does it have? White? |
Heya 飛段!
Nice little thread you has here. *rips off clothes* mind if I run around naked?? XD *grins in her birthday suit* |
Is there such a thing as cinnamon pudding? o.O;; I'd like to try it if there is. xD |
Zombie you say?
*grins* I'll give you a WHOLE DOLLAR if you eat your zombie bits!! You're a zombie after all. You're use to eating flesh! :D |
@Dan-san: Haha. I found a recipe for cinnamon pudding cake. Aaand some more for mocha-cinnamon. They all sound interesting. I'd probably try it though.
o wo -meows and licks 'paws'- Haha yeah. I was just never really... made to do it. We used to go fishing and so we'd have to clean those out, but I never had to. -shudders- So icky. At least they aren't too big. I was reading about them on Wiki. It's also known as Mackerel Pike, which sounds a bit more familiar to me. I think I've seen them in cans at the store. I want some grilled.. :eager: Hmm... looks like something out of a horror movie.. http://farm4.static.flickr.com/3408/...ed4629318a.jpg @Dia: EW! XDD |
@Liquid: lmaowtf! http://i293.photobucket.com/albums/m...Smileys/XD.gif I thought they were more interested in eating brains and flesh, not spongy...bits....... |
Hahah. Okay, no more cinnamon talk from me. :x
It's fine. I wasn't saying it's wrong. It gave you the correct term. Mackerel Pike is just another name. =3 Have you ever eaten a bone? :gonk: Whenever my mom cleaned out fish, Tilapia exactly, she would still tell me to be careful when I ate it because there might be bones leftover. XD Yeah... doesn't make it look appealing. At least they don't need to be scaled. P: |
...Oh, damn those fish and their multiple names then. |
I'm so glad I've never gotten any bones stuck in my throat. :gonk: Just chewed on them a few times. Most of the fish I buy or eat have the bones taken out already. Well... I mostly eat salmon too so... XD It's either Salmon or Tuna. Lmao! Thanks for that. They say that about Catfish too. My brothers used to make fun of me for having Catfish as my favorite fish to eat because they were bottom-feeders. But now I rarely eat it and Tilapia just because I prefer Salmon. I don't mind scaling... I must upgrade my cooking skill and gut a fish! |
Quote:
But what about be constipated? O_O |
I usually find out about the bones too late...mainly, while they're half-stuck in my throat. x__x;; Drinking lots of water or swallowing a mouthful of food usually gets rid of it, but I've heard that it can be dangerous because the food might force the bone to pierce through your throat instead. Some guy had the bone poked into the neck muscles after swallowing a big mouthful of rice when he felt the bone in his throat...it missed his artery by about three millimeters. |
@Gov: What did you eat? :O
Lawl. Eating too much rice without other foods to balance it out makes you constipated... @Dan-san: Oh gosh. D: That's crazy.. -covers throat- If there's a chance of bones, I just try and chew extra thoroughly. That's another reason I like them. xP Haaha. Salmon is still my favorite when raw too. It's basically my favorite overall~ Yellow Croakers... sounds like a frog. -looks them up- Whoa they are yellow.. XDD And kind of round. Bass like Sea Bass? Aww. Poor over-hunted Croakers. :( It's been so long since I've scaled a fish. It's kind of weird that I remember exactly where I was and how I was doing it too... o Ao Must have been an important moment in my life. xP |
Yeah. I usually chew very carefully, but sometimes when I'm starving I forget and just swallow everything after three or four chomps. |
... Gawsh. XDD Hungry Dan-san!
Ooh. Well hopefully their numbers go back up and then you can have moore~ And I can try it. Oh yeah, there are lots of bass.... oops. That one looks kind of pretty. I scaled one about... 8-9 years ago. At a friend's house. I should visit my mom and tell her to teach me how to cook a fish. > A>; I want to visit this place. Check Out This ‘Alice In Wonderland’ Themed Restaurant! » MTV Geek :eager: I'm not even a big fan of Alice in Wonderland... XD |
I can eat like a crazy zombie met with brains when hungrily motivated. :P |
Ew! XDD Gross reference.
 With our luck they'd go extinct~ Ooh~ Haha, I'm with your dad. -lazy- But if you're the one cooking then... :eager: I used to buy frozen salmon filets, but the only ones I can find now have a bunch of salmon filets all frozen together in the vacuum packaging. And they're too big for me to eat in one sitting. Maybe I just have to expand my search... Fairytale oooh~ And underwater! I want to gooo. -pouts- I've only been to one themed restaurant I think. And it's like a jungle err... rainforest. It's called the Rainforest Cafe. There's aquariums around (which now seems a bit out of place..) and fake animals and shrubs/vines, and a fake thunderstorm that happens every so often. It gets dark and there's fake thunder and lightning and then mist. http://reviews.wdwinfo.com/data/59/l...est-Cafe02.jpg |
lol! Sorry, it was the first thing that came to mind thanks to this month's CIs...:XD |
 No biggie~
That would be bad. D: Lmao! At least you would have tried. Mine are usually overcooked because I'm afraid of under cooking them. xP Well they're all in the package together; so if I open it... the on the package is broken. And they're usually stuck together so I don't know if I could pull them apart... Hmm. I'm making this more difficult than it needs to be. But there are some frozen ones that are packaged individually. I just need to buy them at the other store. Haha. XDD Yeah it's pretty neat. I'd actually like it more if it stayed dimly lit, but it's pretty um... well-lit. The last one I went to was super crowded (it was the one near Disney World in Orlando) so that was a bit of a bummer (because of the noise and constant hustle and bustle) but we were sitting right next to one of the tanks so it was like our own little enclosure. And the fish kept us entertained. |
^^ My mom and sister went to one in Illinois. They named a fish Bucky, because it had buck-teeth. T'was funny. They, of course, left me out of this little trip. So nice. But it was a cute story.
|
@Lea: XDD I went to my first one in Tennessee with my stepmom and half-brother. I enjoyed it a lot so I try to find one whenever we go places.
Bucky sounds cute. xD I vaguely remember seeing a fish with buck-teeth, but it might have been at an aquarium instead. Wait, so you haven't gone to one? D: |
lol, I usually over-cook too, after that one instance where I under-cooked some cabbage. :XD Hope you don't mind dry fish~ :P |
No, I've never been to one. I begged and begged every time we went somewhere with one, and the answer was always "Maybe another time". So the year I move out, my mom and my sister decided to go school shopping at Gurney Mills in Illinois -- a huge mall that has a Rainforest Cafe -- and didn't invite me. And of course, that's the year they decided to eat there. This thing is kind of typical.
Oh well, though. One day I'll get there and find a Bucky of my own. :illgetu: |
@Dan-san: Haha. I'll add some uh... sauce. P:
XD!! That's probably easier than anything else. -ponders- Well, there's usually lots of kids there too and I'm sure everyone wants to see their meal and each other. Yesss. :gonk: Gone to ride a roller coaster. XD Speaking of which. I am determined to go to the amusement park this weekend! :illgetu: I think this is the fish I'm thinking of. @Lea: Omgah, laaame. D: We're going now! -grabs Lea- |
