it's easier on the internet, to be honest. I tend to be kind of reactionary in person, but when I'm typing it's a lot easier to regulate what I say and how I say it. I can organize my thoughts out once they're already written. I have a way of talking around a point before I get to it when I speak, because I've predicted the questions that will be asked and the details that will potentially be relevant, so I just go ahead and say everything and then say the "point."
