Just...be careful which doors you go in. I'm not sure where they lead or what might be behind them...the first dozen or so levels should be mostly safe...I think.

nah, I made him a few days ago. I've been failing at my gold-making obligations on this mule though, by which I just mean my daily 250 limit from games and whatever forum posts I make while on the account, but since I'm currently trying to get through a reasonable chunk of a web development book, I'm basically sitting in here with the arcade tab open, but I'm switching between here and the ebook instead of here and the tetris.

a friend back home wants me to help him build a game.
my coding experience is limited to a brief stint in middle/high school when I got my hands on a copy of HTML 4 for Dummies.
I have a BA in cultural anthropology. and the game is already in the process of being built, which means that I'm basically having to learn as much CSS, XML, and PHP as I possibly can in the next two to three weeks, and then spend the next 2 months or so learning as much CSS, XML, and PHP as I can while having to USE CSS, XML, and PHP.

Basically I'm getting a very accelerated crash course in practical web development from someone who only doesn't have a BS in Video Game Programming from UAT because his grandmother died and then his financial aid fell through when the economy crashed.

Uber: Get HTML, XHTML & CSS for Dummies. Honestly, I took Web Coding and all that bull crap for 2 and a half years ad I learned more from that book than I did in school.
