I don't think he's actually avoiding me. To be fair, his job now encompasses "head of security/engineering/housekeeping" and something or other else. He's not universally in his office, he's probably more likely to be out doing rounds or working on something. I'm HOPING that I'm not going to have to bludgeon him to death about this. I don't want to have to be pushy about it.

the hotel is also in that weird time where they're hitting higher-end occupancy a lot right now, the basketball tournament and market and so on...it's possible anita never got my background check sent out. It's possible it's not come back. A lot of things are possible. I might just need to press in a different area...

You got the cheese fries? Yummy. I had a coffee and a bagel. I don't know why I even bother asking what types of bagels they have anymore because they know that I order the same thing....every time.

That is good, but neither of those options are at the bagel place at my school. They don't even have a blueberry bagel option anymore. So cinnamon raisin it is.

Mine allows water in covered containers (so no pop) but no food. I have eaten granola bars in here though. You can hide behind the monitor, or head to the bathroom. But alas! I brought no food with me.
