Misaki smiled when Usagi said that his food was good. He nodded. "Yeah. Of course." he told him. The brunette stood and refilled the older man's bowl with rice. Then he returned to his seat and finished eating. Once he was done, he started washing the dishes.
Usagi smirked a little when he saw Misaki turn towards the kitchen again and go and grab him some more rice. He found his eyes beginning to drift towards the other males hips as he watched them sway back and forth. He licked is lips as he ate more of his vegetables. After he was done eating he went back to his manuscript.
As Misaki washed the dishes, he kept glancing up at Usagi, a bit curious about what he was working on. But he thought that he shouldn't interrupt the older man's work. But after he was done, his curiosity got the best of him and he went over and stood behind the couch. "What are you working on?" he asked.
Usagi looked up from his writing and replied," I am working on something that is for the season of April. It's a serial article that I am writing. It was due a few days ago, but my editor never minds. You can't rush good work, right?" Usagi went back to his writing as he lit a cigarette and let its smoke fill his lungs.
"Yeah.. I guess that's true." Misaki said. That made sense. But he felt that Usagi should probably get his work done on time. "Well.. I'm going to get started on my homework now." With that, he grabbed his bag and headed upstairs so that he would be out of Usagi-san's way.
Usagi nodded as he heard the brunette say that he had some homework to do. He watched, from the corner of his eye, the brunette go up the stairs and to his room. Sighing when he knew that Misaki was far enough away from him he changed the page again to the BL novel that he was writing. Misaki would be up there for at least another hour, and in that time he could finish it and send it off to his editor.
Misaki worked on his work for a while, but he couldn't really focus. Though he didn't know why. He normally could focus pretty easily on school work. Guess he was still upset that nobody spoke him today. That really didn't make any sense. The brunette knew that he hadn't done anything to make everybody hate him. So why should they? Tomorrow he was determined to figure it out.
Usagi closed his computer screen as he let out a sigh. Another manuscript meant another meeting with his editor. He loved the woman to death, but sometimes she was just so annoying it made his skin crawl. He walked up the stairs as he walked to Misaki's room and knocked on the door gently.
Misaki heard a knock on the door and the brunette stood up and opened. "What do you need, Usagi-san?" he asked, looking up at the older man. He was a bit surprised to see him now. Normally he didn't see the older man until morning.
Usagi looked at the brunette. He looked tired and a little angry. "I just wanted to see how you were doing on your homework. Also what time are you leaving for class tomorrow I can drive you again."
"I'm doing fine on my homework. And I don't have to be at the school until ten a.m. so you can sleep in some." Misaki said. He was silent for a moment. "Is something wrong? You seem upset." the brunette asked.
Usagi looked at the brunette and sighed as he walked towards him and hugged him. He broke away from the other male and said,"No, there's nothing wrong. You worry way too much." Usagi walked back to his own room and fell asleep on the bed not even bothering changing his clothes.
Misaki automatcially hugged the older man back slightly. It was an instant reaction. Though he had a feeling at there was something wrong with him. But if Usagi-san didn't want to talk, then he wasn't going to bother him. The brunette sat back down and did some more work before going to bed a short while later. He was up bright and early the next day though.
Usagi didn't dream that much that night and the night was rather uneventful. He opened his eyes as he looked over at the clock. It read 8A.M. Closing his eyes again he went back to sleep but then he reset his alarm clock.
Misaki began making some pancakes for breakfast. He figured that it would be something that Usagi-san would like. Once he was done, he went upstairs and knocked lightly on the door. He didn't want to disturb the older man if he was still asleep, so the brunette would wait a moment to see if he could enter.
Usagi heard the tentative knock on the door as he looked at the alarm clock next to him and groaned again. He was never a morning person. He yawned as he said,"Give me a second," He changed quickly as he opened the door to reveal Misaki standing outside of his room. "Yes?" he asked as he gave the brunette a questioning look.
Misaki looked at Usagi for a moment, feeling a bit bad that he woke him up. "I just wanted to tell you that breakfast was ready. But if you want to go back to sleep, that's fine." With that being said, the brunette turned and went back downstairs to eat his share of the food.
Usagi sighed contemplating on going back to bed, but then his stomach rumbled signalling that he needed to get some form of food in his system. He let out another sigh as he walked down the stairs to the sitting area and sat down at the dining table as he took out another cigarette as he lit it.
Misaki watched Usagi come down stairs. "You really should stop smoking. It's going to kill you." he told him. The brunette poured some syrup on his pancakes before he began eating, watching the older man.
Usagi sighed as he listened to Misaki prattle on on how he needed to quit smoking. He looked at the brunette and took a rather long drag on it as he let the smoke out slowly. He sighed again as his eyes slid closed as he felt the nicotine high. Putting out the cigarette he began to eat his pancakes in silence. "Do you have class today?"
Misaki thought about it. "Yeah. But I've still got some time until I have to leave." he said. The brunette had a late class today, so he had plenty of time to get ready. Which was good, seeing as how he forgot to do his homework.
Usagi nodded as he kept eating the pancakes that were in front of him. "I can drive you again if you want to," said Usagi as he looked up from his pancake. He knew that the brunette would probably try to argue with him, but he also knew that this was going to be something that was non-negotiable.
Misaki shook his head. "No. It's fine. I don't need you to drive me. I don't mind taking the train." the brunette stated. A part of him was sure that Usagi was the reason that nobody spoke to him the other day. He was going to find a way to fix that. He finished eating and went to the kitchen to get started on the dishes.
Usagi's eyes narrowed a little bit as he swallowed the pancake that he had been chewing on. "No," he said flatly. "I will be driving you to, and I will be picking you up for school." Getting up from the table he placed his plates in the sink as he came behind Misaki and hugged him from behind.
"But I don't need you to drive me." Misaki said. He jumped slightly when Usagi hugged him suddenly. It was not something that he was expecting. He turned his head and looked at him. "Why are you hugging me?" the brunette asked.
