Nala and Komu sat up. "looks good," Komu said running to it. He bit into it tearing off a peace. "It does look good," Nala said and took a piece for herself.

Ghost and Darkness both tugged over a piece of meat.

komu chuckled a bit at the two of them.

"Now, now. There's plenty for both of you" Scar gave Darkness his own piece of meat.

The sky began darkening. It began raining. "Looks alike a storm," Nala said.

There was a flash of lightning. Ghost and Darkness remained unfased.

Komu kept eating but he got under his mom a little bit.

Ghost and Darkness both looked at Komu. "Why are you scared?" Ghost asked.

"its his first storm is all" nala said licking komus head.

Stone lay down next to them, licking his paws. He wanted to tell them the truth. His lies and deceit had been eating at him for years. He knew scar would eventually kill Nala, and possibly little Komu he loved them, and in truth he cared deeply for Nala. He closed his eyes, not knowing what to do, if he told her she may think he was lying for attention and scar would cast him out. He let out a low irritated growl.

"what is wrong stone," nala asked again.

Scar walked past Stone. "Don't forget, you helped me kill Simba" Scar whisperd as he passed.

"what is it," Nala asked.

"Nothing, just talking hunting strategy" Scar said.

"ok," Nala said. She licked komus fur ad she and komu went to sleep.

Scar laid down and Ghost and Darkness curled up next to him.

[the morning after the storm]

Nala woke up and yawned and stretched.

The twins woke up and went over to Komu. "Wake up Komu" They said in unison.

Komu yawned and woke up.

"It's play time!" Ghost said. "Yeah, come on!" Said Darkness.

"ok," Komu said. He smiled and pounced on ghost.

Darkess pounced on Komu.

Komu cucled and got out form under darkness.

Ghost tugged on Komu's tail.

komu laughed and ran forward trying to free his tail.
