Darkness stood over Scar. The hyenas surrounded him as he slept.

Nala waited for the hyenas to attack.

Darkness gave the signal. The hyenas pounced on Scar. It was over in seconds.

"its over" she said.

Darkness turnd to Nala and kneeld before her. "My queen"

"no need for that darkness" she said licking his head.

Darkness got up. "We must keep our promise to the hyenas, and treat them as equals"

"and we shall," she said looking at the hyenas. "your pack of hyenas are free to roam the pride lands" she siad.

The hyenas gave thanks, and went on their way. Darkness looked up at Nala. "What about the baby?"

"i will still take care of it" she said.

Darkness put his paw on Nala's belly. "I will help you raise the cub right"

"thank you darkness. i don't think i wuld be able to raise it by myself. I will even let you name it" she said with a smile.

"If it's a girl, Sahara. If it's a boy, Zulu" Darkness said.

"those are god choices" she said. She laid down and closed her eyes and went to sleep.
